This place is absolutely horrible. Multiple times of going here they have a sign saying closed in the middle of the damn day. They are EXTREMELY slow it's ridiculous. I drive to a walgreens that's farther away for a way better experience.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy in this state. Don’t waste your time. Let their “short staff” lead them right into closing down because they don’t even deserve to be open. I’ve never not had a problem here. Whether it’s a rude trying to chew me out over the phone when I’m trying to get a prescription filled before my son leaves the NICU, or them closing the drive thru window 3 hours earlier than they are supposed to- forcing you to go inside with all of your kids, just to be told that your prescription that’s supposed to be ready at 5:45 is NOT ready at 7pm.
Just save your aggravation & send your scripts elsewhere.

The pharmacy waiting area chairs are piss soaked and disgusting. This location is also filthy outside. Store has some great employees yet the place is gross.

I think the Walgreens is expensive, the pharmacy definitely leaves a lot to be desired, they do not take the time to call you on the basis of your prescription, I think their prices of prescriptions are too expensive as well I go to Osco pharmacy in the Shaw's store Franklin Massachusetts definitely cheaper than Walgreens can never become, their care for your health and well-being is not their concern is the way I see

I received an email that a prescription was ready, when I went down to the drive up window there were about 10-15 cars in line. I tried to go into the store but a notice on the door stated that it was closed. No explanation. Later about an hour, I went to the drive up window and gave the information to the technician . About 5 to 10 minutes I pressed the call button as no one was coming back to the window. After the fourth time pressing the call button a technician came to the window and I asked if there was problem and I was told they could not locate the prescription and I was told not to press the call button again. The technician was the most unprofessional person I have met in that store. I was going to tell him that I would come back later but never got the chance as he slammed the door to the drive up window and disappeared into the pharmacy. Later someone told me that a couple of exterminator trucks were at the store. Hmm wonder why. Won’t be going to back to that store anytime soon.

This place is awful the manager Kevin is completely unprofessional and due to his complete rude attitude my family and I will be using CVS moving forward. Stay far away from this place. Also extremely dirty

I've never left a bad review, but this is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I've lived in several states and never had a problem at another Walgreens. Staff is extremely rude - one girl specifically in the pharmacy, if you read the other reviews, you'll know who. Prescriptions are never ready or mysteriously disappear when you try to pick them up and are no longer ready. They do not care, they do not call to let you know and if you ask to speak to management, they just hang up. Read the other reviews about the pharmacy. Sketchy and rude.

This Walgreen's is legit the WORST pharmacy I've ever tried to do business with. The pharmacy staff are all rude. They break company rules: such as closing down the drive-thru simply because: "they are busy and overstaffed". I'm sorry, but isn't that every business right now?? The only reason I tried putting up with this store is simply because it's the closest store to my home. I work for the company so I'm very familiar with company policy. Unfortunately I'm currently on Medical Leave, so until I can find a decent Walgreen's location I'm stuck at this one. I've also tried doing online orders for curbside pick-up, however they just delay the orders and ignore them. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this store at all costs. I honestly don't understand why people keep putting up with them.

Not my typical Walgreens, but used this location as a quick resort. Used the drive thru option without issue.
