Package was not delivered because they claimed there was no access to delivery location. Bull. Why don't you admit the real reason, possibly careless, lazy, or maybe the item slipped down behind something. It is not the first, and probably not the last, that that excuse will be used.

This is the second time in 1 week where I have not received my package. I tracked it, & it says it was delivered to my mailbox, but there is nothing there. ? I get my mail normally, but I’m really getting tired of having to call and wait an hour before I can speak to someone.

A very nice small post office with great staff ! I stopped by from out of state. The young woman running the facility was pleasant, helpful, and professional. A better government employee us citizens could not ask for. This mall is minimally occupied so there is plenty of parking. Handicapped parking is directly in front of the store. The location appears to have all the services of a larger Post Office without the lines. In short, a great Post Office that I would return to if in the area.

I came today because I missed my driver on his run. I was very nervous because I needed this package for tomorrow. Long story short everyone there was very helpful and was not annoyed by my questions, were very considerate, and even checked up on me and let me know what was going on while waiting. I don't usually write reviews but I felt I had to. Thanks for the help!

USPS refuses to deliver my mail because they don't see a name on the mail box. Not sure how that impacts their ability to match mail to the right address.
