brought my M3 in after being in an accident, they repainted the parts i brought them and made my car look like it was never hit and the original paint . friendly staff i would highly recommend them for any autobody work

I find that the work done to refesh my collectible antique BMW was excellent. He was very thorough by changing all the fluids and replacing my brakes. Plus, I like that he used all BMW parts and not cheap aftermarket. I feel VERY CONFIDENT when I take it out for a spirited drive on the winding back roads.Excellent Job.

A good friend of mine has been a customer of Topline for over 15 years, I needed a good mechanic and he recommended Omar to me. I brought my 2010 Subaru Outback to to them in need of serious repairs the week before Thanksgiving. They had my car back to me in under a week on Wednesday with a new subframe and basically the whole front end rebuilt for a very fair price. The car drives like brand new now!! I’m extremely satisfied with the work done, the cost, and the customer service. My vehicles have found a new home for service and repairs. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Omar for years. Topline is always reliable. Omar doesn't overcharge and consistently provides us with top-notch customer service. We wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else.

My encounter with the technician named Omar was highly unpleasant. He engaged in deceptive practices while replacing my car door, providing false information and ultimately charging a higher fee than initially quoted. Furthermore, he failed to fully repair the door but claimed the work was completed. When I noticed a door lock issue, he promised to fix it for free, acknowledging it was their mistake. However, upon returning the car, he unexpectedly added an additional charge for the repair.The door lock problem did not exist before the initial repair, and I felt compelled to pay for something that was a direct result of their previous work. It’s concerning that Omar appeared to be working under the influence, which poses a safety risk to the cars he handles.

When you’re not overly mechanically inclined, bringing your car in for repairs can cause some anxiety. Are the mechanics correct in their assessment? Are they doing work on the car that doesn’t need to be done? Is the price fair or are they trying to rip you off? This is how I felt every time I took my 2014 Q5 in for service. I used to bring my car to a dealership styled business dedicated to the secondary market. Every time I wanted my car serviced I could anticipate a conversation about selling my car back to them so that I could buy a newer car off their lot.Finally I had it and went looking for a new place to bring my car. I quickly found Topline Motors in Woonsocket. All I had to do was scan their parking lot full of BMWs, Porches, Audis and some non-German cars too. The first person I met when I stopped in was Omar, the very personable gentleman who owns the business and is the chief mechanic. Omar has great pride for his business and I was convinced to try him out. The first job was a major repair. My former shop quoted me a high dollar amount while trying to get me to consider buying a more recent model year instead. Omar did a full assessment and quoted me considerably less. He also spoke about the quality of my Q5 and that with minor maintenance I should be able to expect the car to run well for several years. I like my Q5 and appreciated that someone was entertaining the possibility that I might want to keep it and not just trade it away, so without any regrets I gave him my business..My car has run very well since the first repairs by Omar. The car was turned back to me looking great and running and sounding perfect. Omar’s assistant Jay is also very personable and they both explain the work so this mechanically challenged driver understands what needs to be done and why the work is necessary. I brought my bmw to topline motors, and Omar and Jay did great job getting my car inspected and fixed.It drives a hundred times better than before i sent my car there. I would highly recommend top line motors to anyone. Great service and really friendly people.

Over the years, I have had Omar work on my Porsche 911, BMW M4, Audi Q7 TDI, Audi Q5 TDI , Mercedes ML 350 and Mercedes C300 for everything from basic maintenance (oil change, brakes , filters, etc.) to full collision repairs. My 2007 Porsche 911 C4s had a full service to include engine pull and cleaning, full inspection, plugs, wires, IMS upgrade, clutch, rack and pinion replacement and and full suspension replacement.I find Topline to be honest, upfront, fair, and reasonable. They are the ones I trust with all my European cars. And recommend all of my friends to.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
