“It’s started as a random google search in the early evening hours looking for the nearest UPS location that carry boxes big enough to fit in a printer of 18x24x19 ( WxDxH) weighted 60pounds. I found Pigeon Post in Attleboro. I called and spoke with a gentleman, I proceeded to described what I needed and he suggested that I come in person to the store right away; but it was early in the evening so I settled in to go first thing in the morning instead. Once I got there, the experience took a turn for the better. George was very attentive, customer service at its best and more importantly kindness and efficiency were in full display throughout. Knowledge is everywhere, the issue is some people know how to share it better than others. In business is not about making money its rather know how not to lose money. If you are in need of the type of service they're offering, I would advise that you stop by and wouldn't be disappointed.”
“I recently had the occasion to use this Postalcenter to mail numerous holiday packages to multiple locations. It was great how the service team member went out of his way to check on what was the most economical means that would still meet my deadline. I have used this Postalcenter many times and it remains my site of choice whenever I have mailing to accomplish. Great customer service!”
“Was in a pickle yesterday with an overnight delivery that was trying to be delivered when no one was at the business I manage. Tried calling UPS customer service... HUGE waste of time; can never speak to a human. I drove down the street to the Smithfield store location in hopes they could help. The employees on shift at the time were extremely friendly and helpful! Anthony C went above and beyond to help me get the package I needed to resume taking credit cards and phone calls at our business! THANK YOU!!!”
“The thr entire staff was polite and helpful and a spcial thanks to the print specialist who was absolutely fantastic going the extra mile to assist me with my needs and make sure everything was perfect and it was at the last minutes of the day were usually people are tired and agitated but this was not the case absolutely outstanding service and this is now my home store I will be back for all my printing and shipping needs. “We shipped an antique grandfather clock across the country to California. The clock was delivered safe and sound. Thanks to Craters and Freighters of RI for an excellent and professional packing job. Even the delivery man remarked that the crates were not damaged and in great condition for a X-country trip. “My family went to our appointment for passports and the woman at the desk was so nice and personable and very patient considering how long the line was behind me. I didn’t get her name but we were there at 12:30 on Friday 10/20/23. I just wanted to recognize how helpful she was. I’ve worked with the public for over 25 years and I know it’s nice to get praise once in a while instead of complaints.”

They always advise me on the best methods and packaging to ship my items, and deliver service with a smile. Most importantly, they are open most of the time when you would need to mail a package. So instead of driving to the other UPS Store, which appears abandoned, come here instead and ship your stuff with efficiency!”

“I only went into the United States Postal Service in Woonsocket, RI to drop off some business paperwork in the outgoing mailbox, today and yesterday. There's 2 parking options here - on street parking in front of the building on Social Street, or take a left at the traffic light, next immediate left after that leads to the parking lot in the back of the building. No handicapped options in the front of the building, there's a set of stairs to get in and out. Back parking lot I'm not sure about, but the back door is manual operation, same as the front of the building”
