worst place ever, the guy who worked there was so grouchy, he threatened to call the police on me just so I could go to jail if i walked in yard without going into the office again, they shouldn't of put a stop sign there in the first place, the was so grouchy to me saying I shouldn't walk in the yard, people are going to make money if they put those stupid stop signs there anyway, now that i thought about it, I hope the gets fired from his job, and i'm never going back there again, I had it

Derrick It's a scam artist. I paid in full $3500 last November for a Cummins Engine and transmission, Now March 20th and he does not answer my calls or messages. AVOID dealing with these clowns. Contacting BBB and now.

Spoke to Chris... an educated, friendly female who even though unfortunately didn't have the part I needed on hand, looked up and tracked down the part somewhere else. She did the research with me over the phone and educated me on interchangeable parts that I could use. Nothing but good vibes here!

My daughter needed a car picked up from our house and scrapped. She contacted them with the make, model and year, and was told a truck would be sent to pick it up. The driver arrived late, was demeaning to my wife and daughter, (I was at work at the time). He stated that "if he had known what the car make was (Saturn), that he wouldn't have come to get it because they don't make money on plastic cars". He also said that he should have charged (us) to pick the car up, AND my daughter did not receive any payment for the scrap vehicle. The driver was completely unprofessional and ill mannered. Overall a completely poor experience with this company. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Selling a junk car to this company is easy and they'll pay more than any of the other junk car buyers in the Rhode Island area. Plus they can pick up the clunker day or night which makes it super easy and cash right away. Highly recommend calling them if you're looking to get rid of an old car.
