The water heater was not heating the water. Service tech arrived on time for an evaluation. Part needed replacing. The following week the part arrived and was installed. The water heater is working fine.

Delivers on time...a bit pricey but representative worked with me to get best price since I'm a senior and struggle with utility bills. I have been with this company for over 20 years.

Been with Petro for a little bit more than a year and it been great. Every phone call i get an excellent service and the delivery drivers are respectful and have an excellent customer service. I had a X company before getting refills they were asking for the payment up front which was $570 after that I searched online and found Petro Home Services willing to always make your home warm and ask for payment later. Me and my family are always thankful for your support!

Terrible company. Brand new unit installed 3 years ago and nothing guy problems. What’s worse is it’s been the same problem 3 times!!! Result was frozen and burst pipes and no hit water for guests or residents. I regret the day I ever gave them my business and would caution others to stay away!!!!

Had a water heater leaking they came out very quickly to empty the tank also it happened on a holiday weekend and they rushed to push through to get a new tank installed they were very responsive have been with them for 30 Years great company

Quick. Simple. And informative. We were facing the coldest day of winter and we had just ended our last “contract” due to being told that they would not come out and fill our tank unless we paid for it in full up front. When I asked what the reasoning was , I was told “ your last payment (which was the remainder of our balance (340$) was 7 days over due.”I have 4 children. 3 of which are under the age of 6. And my partner and I work our tails off to give our children the best life possible. So sometimes, between work , sports, school, and life in general, sometimes things get accidentally forgotten.I tried to explain all of this and got no where. With All of my payments from the past 2 years , I was not late once.I started to lose faith in all oil companies til I found PETRO…They have the most polite, professional personnel, and they honestly made everything so much easier.I could actually explain everything to them and they actually listened and explained everything to me on how everything works when joining.I STRONGLY recommend this company and plan on using them for many years to come!!10 out of 10, TOP MARKS!!S/FSgt J. Petro is very reliable, they make sure the tank doesn't go empty, show up when they are supposed to (the technicians) or let me know when they will be late. Also have a budget plan - unfortunately doesn't help much due to sky high oil prices, but that isn't their fault.

With the uncertainty in the oil home heating prices this year, Petro was very willing to take into consideration that we have been long time customers of theirs and negotiated a fair price for the season. We are retired seniors and appreciate their willingness to work with us….
