First off i don't know why Yelp thinks I am in San Francisco when I am in Woonsocket RIThis review is not so much about this location but more about the store brand batteries and customer service. In my opinion the batteries are junk. I got one of their batteries for a 4-wheeler which I use year around. It didn't last one season, O'Reilly's honored the warranty and replaced it. When I got home and looked in the box there was a old used battery in the box. I called the store and they said to come back, and they will replace it. They gave me a new battery which I installed. Within a few months this battery started having issues holding a charge, about three months from being new it went dead. I put it on my charger which and a cell repair option, but it still would not hold a full charge. I called the store, and they looked up my information, saw that it was only three months old and said to come in and they would replace it. When I went there the next day store manager said that the battery had a change and he refused to replace it, even though I told him it had sat on a charger all night and that is why it has a charge but that it will not hold that charge long enough to be useful. I called the numbers listed on the front door for the district and regional manager and got voice mail. I called the main customer service number and was told that it didn't matter how old the replacement battery is, the warranty ends when the original battery warranty ends. So, if I got the battery one week before the original one ended that they would only warranty the new battery for one week. Two battery's both only lasting a few months and no help form O'Reilly's customer service, no call backs from district or regional manager.I can deal with a poor product as long as the customer service is good, I can also deal with poor customer service when the product is good, but poor customer service and poor product quality is unacceptable as far as I am concerned.
