I am involved with my family as a group caring for my grandmother with Alzheimer’s. I have an urgent matter to discuss. I have called for 2 days in a row waiting for a call back, and they keep calling back the wrong members of my family despite me giving my phone number and name 2 separate times. Then when they get the wrong family member, don’t even bother trying to get the right one.

I am disappointed that my phone calls do not go to the center I go to directly. The calls can go 1000 miles away.

It's too early for me and my husband, who accompanied me on my three visits, to comment on our experience. Let us just say that the first visit, at the Warwick clinic, was a disaster; the others, at the Woonsocket clinic, were somewhat better, although we have some reservations.
