“Sooo impressed with 1800Packrat. I got better prices from them than PODS, got two units to help our family long distance move. Easy process to change dates along the way. Final day of moving we realized we had more stuff than we realized, called them in a bind, got a reasonable price for another pod, they managed to deliver it when the second one was picked up, and arrange for pickup very next morning. BIG thank you to the customer support folks and especially the Franklin MA crew for working with me on last minute stuff. Driver Jose did the drop off and he was in resolve, such nice people who try hard and work hard.”
