About two weeks ago, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Yadira. Prior to going to this physical location, I called Metro's customer service to switch devices, as I had already purchased another phone. I was told that this particular device was not compatible with my plan or even with Metro, but I was eligible for an upgrade and that I should try a physical location. It seemed unfortunate, but I knew I had to address this by buying a new phone. That same day, Sunday, about an hour before closing, I entered the store and explained the situation, ready to buy a new phone. Yadira felt confident that the phone I had already purchased was, in fact, compatible with Metro's service and said she would check. Her doing this for me saved me several hundred dollars (as she confirmed I could use the device). It took her about 10 minutes for her to setup. It was a breeze! And I was able to get a case for the phone as well. What would have cost hundreds became $25 to transfer to the device, and the cost of the cellphone case. Yadira is friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your help and for making everything so simple!

I went in there I had a problem with my phone, the lady no questions asked fixed it , it took a little bit of time but she got the problem solved. She asked me to give her another chance I did I put a negative one-star derogative review , on a previous experience I had.and Gave one star it seem like different help .in the place and I was very pleased this time ,and I did increase it to five stars and I hope they keep it this way for all their customers.Thank you very muchGary

I went into metro today where I encountered a Sales Rep named ANGIE SANTANA. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED. extremely unprofessional threatening my new phone plan and my mothers who is elderly. I was asking her questions about the new phones where she got frustrated and told me i wouldn’t qualify for any of the phones. I tried numerous times to get a new phone today where she kept telling me I CANNOT GET IT DUE TO BEING ON A PHONE PLAN WITH MY MOTHER. I SAID LET ME SPEAK TO A MANGER. She ended up speaking to the manager where she asked third person questions like “Your telling me that if someone wanted a new phone plan but already had one with a family member they can get a phone?” The manager then responded and said “It looks like you know how to do your job” Meaning I could’ve gotten a new phone. Finally I was able to start the process with her. I realized I rather bring my business else where. The rep was ANGIE SANTANA.

Worse service ever,I went in to get a new phone (sat August 20;) no one was in the store ,But one sales girl,my phone was not holding a charge . I picked out a phone,and I wanted my contracts transfer and. My email set.she said she could not do it because the phone died( and a man camein claiming he he could not text pitchers onhis new phone ,his old same exact phone he could.well I went to another store ,right away on main St street,I told the girl I just bought a phone and what happened she ask me for the phone ,and she was able to get all my contacts ,and set my email ,the girl on social St Flat out lied , lazy and tearable service.,the girl Gio was so ,good ,polite and professional,I went from never do business with metrio again , because the stoer on social St,,to never wanting to leave because of Gio and the store on main St. And when I told people what happened,everyone seem to know ,what store where my bad experiencehappened, without tellingthem , they replied o you went to metro on 1076 social St .I will never go there again,and I refer. People to Gio and the metro store on 276 main St. all the time

Excellent very kind n polite staff.very knowledgeable workers very clean store.going to extremely honest customers shouldn't be paying g to pay your bill thats crazy, but then again that's modern technology for you.Excellent phones might just start working for metro ? ? ? ...sell alot of phones n become a REGIO AL MANAGER ? ? ?.
