I filed mine with them a while back and I got audit because they did not send all my documents to the irs. There answer was we don’t have to. Now I went to them this year figuring I could trust them. Now I have to I’d verify. I want money money back after you take it. Even from 2020 it’s wrong what you do to people. If you only knew what I went through all that year I could sue!!! Now I have a feeling it is going to happen again! Never file with h and r block. On top of that they waited until my filing went through to see if I qualified for the advance. Just to be denied! Thieves and cons!

Filed online…awful customer service! Paid $30 to be able to get help with an agent on an account after I filed and was on hold online for over 45 minutes. Still didn’t help me with the issue and had to just go with another service. Will never make this mistake again.

The price was crazy high. $345 but manage to get $100 knocked off after complaining. How are you going to charge $110 for complex income fees when All I have is a w2, 1099s, and hsa forums.If you have any type of knowledge preparing a tax return do it yourself using their online software or others. The only reason I went to a tax preparer this year was because i did some crypto and stock transactions. The online software would probably help with those too
