Here's my first Google review! I blew the engine in my car. I was frustrated with my unproductive interactions with car dealerships and warranty companies and overwhelmed with where to start. Not only did Bill request to review my policy and paperwork, he immediately called my adjuster to get the ball rolling. That was a huge relief!
Bill made the best engine decisions for me, while working within the confines of my extended warranty. It took a really long time to get my car back because of delays with the scheduled customers ahead of me, however I'm confident Bill was doing his best to hurry.
With my safety his number one priority, at no cost to me, Bill replaced my rotors and threw some gas in the tank! Frankly, I think he's going to miss my nagging phone calls...

Horrible customer service had my wife bring my car their to fix a Simpel task of my headlights malfunction instead the man insisted he couldn’t fix my vehicle so I’m still being chargered 105$. but wants me to pay another 200$ on top for further investigation on the problem mind you this is still not fixing my car. So 305$ for a diagnostic is what your saying is crazy don’t recommend oh yeah he was arguing on the phone back an fourth great way to treat your customers.

Had an apt at 730 in the morning. Not only were they on time they had the car up and looking for the problem. Once they found it they came to me to let me know what it was before they started working. They also let me know the price as well. Price was very reasonable for the work and they had it done in less than 40 minutes. Overall very pleasant experience. This was not your typical repair shop for sure. The robot out front was a fun feature to look at too. Thank you for the great work

Fantastic place. I learn more and more about car care every time and the entire staff is so patient. Scheduling appointments are usually a reasonable amount of time too, typically a week or 2 out if an appointment isn't already available the same week

Picked up my car a few weeks ago after having work done and I noticed greasy hand prints on my front bumper and left side fender and door handle. I think they were driving around smoking in my car to the odor was bad. been coming here for a few years and didn't expect such horrible treatment of my car. didn't notice the same mechanincs there anymore. Hopefully the owners take these reviews seriously and can grow from them.They are not cheap either I paid over $2000 for work done, and I expected better service.
