I went looking for color advice... And the one who helped me was very unfriendly. I wanted to know if I could get the color gray or white. I have my natural hair with gray and he turned his back on me and ignored me, he just told me no, it was two steps. I am the one who pays for any service. If I were to recommend it, I would say that it is the worst. Nobody enters. And it is in a place with plenty of parking. I felt slighted. Thank you for the worst care I have ever received at a salon here in Woonsocket. And I've been going for 20 years.

I've been getting my hair cut here for years. Prices are great and the stylists love talking with you and are communicative about their decisions. Never had a bad haircut here.

I brought my daughter for her first haircut and the service was amazing. Friendly and kind stylists who not only were sure to be attentive to my daughter in the chair but even allowed my other daughter to watch and be included in conversation.

Hair stylist seemed annoyed we walked in, barely looked at us and said there was an hour wait and it was up to us if we wanna come back. She rushed through the hair cut it probably took her five min. It’s all uneven and when my daughter suggested we blow dry it she said that would be an extra charge but it says listed kids cut style and finish so I assumed that meant blow dry as well. I guess you get what you pay for but I will not be returning.

Save your money and go somewhere else I've given this place two tries and the second time was worse than the first. The hairdresser Connie was talking to one of her colleagues about how long she has been doing hair and my hair came out looking like a child could of done a better job. Had to spend 50 dollars at a different salon and more time out of another day off to get it where I wasn't horrified to look at myself in the mirror. I will cut it myself beore I ever ever come back here!!!!
