Cumberland Farms is a well-known chain of convenience stores that began in 1939 and has grown into a family-owned business operating across eight states. The stores aim to serve busy customers by providing a range of products at good prices, focusing on convenience and friendly service. Customers appreciate the clean stores, well-stocked shelves, and consistently hot and fresh food items, especially coffee and breakfast sandwiches, which many visit daily. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, greeting customers upon entry and maintaining a neat environment, although some note occasional issues like messy bathrooms or limited assistance for those with mobility challenges, such as the absence of automatic doors. The stores offer various services, including fuel, soft drinks, snacks, fruits, and quick meals like pizza, which some find to be reliably okay. Customers also mention that the soda lids have improved over the years, making beverages easier to carry. Overall, Cumberland Farms is seen as a convenient place for quick stops, good products, and friendly service, with a focus on providing a better way to serve its customers and make their daily routines easier.
Great variety. Awesome staff. I do wish they'd learn the difference between full flavor and lights.

The inside of the store is nice and clean but the pumps have been disgusting recently. I’m sure there are a lot of tasks that need to be completed throughout the day, but wiping down the pin pads, screens, etc. at the pump should really be one of them.
