Had my second bad experience with Colortyme today. When you sign your rental agreement you're asked if you'd like automatic payments. I didn't choose to go that route so I didn't sign that part of the agreement. Well, they withdraw the funds even though I refused to sign that part of the agreement. I called and spoke with Alan, the owner, who I was furious with, because I now have an overdraft! He laughed at me but finally agreed to return the money to my bank account. He told me it would be returned in about an hour or two. It is now 5 hours later and he still has not returned the money. My reason for this review is to share with you that even though you sign or don't sign the agreement pages, don't trust Colortyme because they will do what they want. Not an honest business.

I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE AT COLORTYME. I got help from an employee named Aldo & he helped me get an amazing tv with my bad credit ?. He was extremely nice and polite and he even gave me a few kisses after :), I DEFINITELY WOULD BE BACK AGAIN!

Colortyme is the best place if you need to rent furniture. Not only do they have a wide selection but their customer service is top tier. Mike was so informative and patient to answer all the questions I had. Very professional, I will be recommending them to everyone!

From the owner down to the delivery drivers everyone is great. I love dealing with Brandon any time I call and tell him I need something or need help with something he has been the best. I would definitely give them a 10/10! I would recommend them to everyone.
