I went here today for the first time and Cindy and the owner are so friendly and kind. Cindy takes the time to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with what you are getting and she is very personable. she takes the time to get to know you and makes you feel very comfortable. i have now found my new nail place and i can’t wait to go back thank you, cindy!

This could be one of the best gel manicures I have ever had! Cindy and her team are friendly, engaging incredible at nails. I am not from the area and jumped in without an appointment. Cindy took such great care of me and my nails have never looked so good. This is worth a drive to!!!!!!

I recently visited Cindy's nail salon and had a wonderful experience. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different nail colors and textures available and took the time to inform me of all the pros and cons of each, even if it meant that she didn't make as much of a profit. I could tell that the owner's goal is to ensure client happiness.Service: Manicure

I have been a patron of Cindy's for about 2 years. She is by far the most talented nail artist, I have ever encountered. EXTREMELY reasonably priced, she spends a lot of time with you, making sure you are pleased with her work and your finished product. Compassionate and friendly. If you are looking for pretty acrylic nails this is your place!! For professionalism? Not so much. I am a reoccurring customer and have never had a problem until today.Cindy made it a very uncomfortable environment for me, simply because I made a comment on the design on my finger. I told her *nicely* if I could just have it plain that would be better. She argued that her design looked just like the picture, I told her it’s okay I will just do it plain. Creating no sort of problem. We usually talk the entirety of the appointment but she was super rough with my hands after. *Anything she would say, if anything at all* was said in a rude way. I even expressed how it wasn’t a big deal that I did not like the design and how she shouldn’t treat me differently because of it. She totally avoided what I said and responded with “anything you like”. She made my hour and a half appointment very hostile.Then it’s time to pay. I ALWAYS pay her Venmo. I go to send the Venmo and she says she does not accept Venmo. Very childish to now bring her problem to the form of payment as well.There is no excuse for this. If you cannot take a little comment, you probably should not be working in the beauty industry.None the less, she lost a reoccurring customer. Cindy is a very sweet woman and incredibly professional. She took her time to get things right and routinely checked in to make sure I was comfortable and liked how my nails were coming along. She explained everything she was doing and is very kind. You can tell she deeply cares about her clients and I will absolutely be back!
