The young lady working the store was fabulous. However, the issue I had with my purchase of a $ 900.00 Samsung phone was crazy. The customer service agency they have working for this company are incredibly ignorant and rude, and all should be fired. The only one who was able to assist me with my issue was the GM. Outstanding job. I would give both the young lady and him the 5 stars, but I just can't.
