“I purchased a washer a few months ago and had a problem that seemed unique to our home and possibly the fact of not being able to rinse in warmer water. I had not needed a new washer in over 12 years, so having issues with the new machine and not being able to figure out what was going on was to say the least very frustrating! But I will say that I am so glad and blessed to have purchased this machine at Bellingham Electric as they worked with my husband and I for over 2 months to try and rectify the problem and eventually replaced it. :) I am pleased with all the staff but have to give a huge shout out to Alex Frank for his patience and understanding going back and forth with me and my emails. I enjoyed meeting Bob up close and getting to know him better and of course Ryan helped us out each time and was professional as is all the staff. We will continue to support them in their business as they made a very unpleasant situation for us so much easier to deal with.Thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts. :)Betty and Gene”

“Spilled sourdough starter on to heating element of oven, flames and thick smoke ensued. Went to Frank’s expecting to purchase a new range and they suggested a service call. Within 1 hour they were here and fixed it up like new. Excellent service and very professional - both service call & at store. We have been a Frank’s customer for years and they do no disappoint!!! “This place deserves all the praise. My dishwasher broke earlier in the week, and the cost to repair was similar to a new one, so I decided on a new one. I stopped at Home Depot (I know, shame on me) to find that they do not stock them, and there are a bunch of add on fees that I wasn't interested in paying for. I wanted a new appliance NOW that I could take home and install. Earliest delivery was estimated next week.
Found this on Google, while at Home Depot, at 4:30pm. I saw they closed at 5, so I figured they could at least answer some questions, worst case they could have one by the weekend. Not only did they have several in stock, but the salesman seemed very knowledgeable about the appliances on hand. I told him I really just needed something cheap and now, and this salesman was wheeling out a new unit for me almost right at 5pm.
Once we find our forever home, I'm definitely coming back to this place for my dream appliances!”

“I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had purchasing a mattress at Simon's Furniture in Franklin. After reading (negative) reviews of the competing big chain mattress stores, I wanted to find a more personalized purchasing experience and I certainly did at Simon's. The sales staff (Mike and June) took the time to guide me and even had a training executive (Lisa) from Stearns & Foster/Sealy answer several of my detailed questions. But the one thing that stood out to me about the competency of Simons' sales staff was their patience and expertise. When I was torn between two different models, a salesperson (Mike) suggested laying quietly on each mattress for 15-20 minutes. That was the difference-maker. It took some time but after doing so, it was obvious which mattress suited me best. Mike also explained the various options for the box springs and adjustable bases. the model I bought was in stock and was delivered for free within a few days by an amazing team. They carried the mattress and base upstairs and offered to assemble everything. Then they removed the old mattress ($50 fee). If you're looking for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and visit the bedroom showroom at Simon's Furniture (it's in one of the two lower-level showrooms). The showroom has as many, if not more mattresses on the floor as any of the big chain stores. They have options at every price point too. I highly recommend Simon's for their outstanding customer care and range of products.”

“(edited) problem got Fix fast. got no complaints now,....................i had lease a gaming pc that had spesific specs. i returned it half way and when i picked it back up to finish paying it. they gave me a older model with weaker specs.i dont care if its used but they didnt even bother to get me the same or similar one.even tho i told them. and they clearly dont know the value of the difference between them are. i will edit this review if it gets resolved but hard to belive they would”

“Hi I just want to say that Besh in the appliance department was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. I bought a washer and dryer and was due a small refund. Everyone that I spoke to before him either gave me the wrong information or was very quick to say they couldn’t help. When he first tried to help he couldn’t, so I said, thanks and was leaving when he came after me and wanted to try something else. I went back with him and he kept trying until he succeeded. Home Depot should be proud to have him as an outstanding employee. Thank you”
