This car wash is the BEST! ?
This place is very convenient! The staff is excellent, helpful and very kind.I was in and out in no time. The facility was clean and my car came out SPOTLESS!

Customer service us horrible! I called to get information about the car wash and interior cleaning. I was told to come in, no appointments necessary. When I pulled in I was told that inside cleaned by appointment only and had to be booked and paid for on line! I asked for an appointment today, even though there were no cars, I was told they did not have any openings! Rude clerk! Another pathetic excuse of Customer service!

This happened to me today, my glass was totally fine until i went to this place, don’t go here people, I asked if they would cover the damage and they claimed the windshield was “cracked” before entering.. they refuse to be responsible for the damage.. worst car wash ever.

Great service and great deal for $34.95 a month I get as many washes as I want. Even when it's busy the line moves really fast and when it's done they dry your car off for you.

I recently rushed to make it to John st car was and when I got there a few minutes before the posted closing time of 5pm I was told they wur close for the day . Yes I was upset because it wasn't 5pm and they wur closed . I have been a member a member here for a few years and never had an issue. Yes I was angry . Try closing when ur supposed to . And to the Management u should pay a little more action to ur faithful customers instead of kicking them to the curb. Be where JOHN STREET CAR WASH GOERS . TO WHOEVER THE PERSON THAT WAS IN CHARG THAT NIGHT . TOUGHEN UP. TRY CLOSING WHEN UR SUPPOSED TO. AND U MIGHT WANT TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF UR STEADY CUSTOMERS THAT ALL SO TIP VERY WELL. I CANT WAIT FOR YOUR COMPENSATION TO MOVE IN. HEY PEOPLE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS THE CUSTOMERS ARE NEVER RIGHT AND ALL THE REPLIES COME FROM THE OWNER SAD. HAVE A GREAT DAY. DON'T FORGET TO STOP BILLING ME.

I booked the Extreme Interior Super Clean for my Toyota Camry. I must admit I went in a bit skeptical as the prices at this car wash are higher than most. I was doubtful the detail would leave my car “factory fresh” as the description stated but we decided to give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised! The car indeed felt factory fresh and was very well cleaned! Also Will, the Operations Manager, was super friendly and very accommodating as was his staff. Even the inside waiting area was spotless! Definitely will be going back when I need another detailing!

$20 for a car wash!?!? I'm so sick of the price gouging everywhere. I turned around and left. What a joke, with that said, Westerly is stupid enough to not have another car wash around so I don't really blame them for charging it, only game in town, thankfully I'm not local.
