I’ve been thinking about this car for a while and finally got started with the car buying process. One of the worst experiences I've had all they wanted to do is add on everything they could after we went to get a oil change and they said they didn't work on Volvos we bought the car there because we live so close never again run you'll thank me

Wished I never ? bought the warranty for my 2016 Tacoma and 2018 Rav-4 from this valenti!!!
On two occasions they refused to honor their warranty and give me excuse after excuse rather than make responsible professional effort to honor and repair their vehicles under warranty in a REASONABLE TIME or MANNER!!!!
I will NEVER ? But ever buy from them again.
