Searching for a car for our son and wanted to use a local business which we found with Carlos at Valenti Subaru. We went back and fourth several times test driving differnt cars and Carlos was no pressure just sat in the back while we took the cars for a spin. Went in again this week chatted with Carlos again and after we left within 10 months he called me up said I think I have something back to Valenti we went and today picked up a great 2019 low mileage Forester. Hassle free experience!

I actually bought 2 cars! Fast and efficient ! Nico was amazing highly recommend! best car buying experience. Picked them a few days prior and scheduled the pick up date and was out in less than 90 minutes! Thank you Valenti Subaru and all your great staff members :)

Am blown away at the kindness of Jim and Craig and all staff at Valenti Subaru Westerly. My late husband used to manage the car and now being clueless myself, they are so very kind and gracious and helped me sort out my tire valve with no charge. So grateful! I love their service center and its more than a business its a business with a heart! Thank you so very much!

The atmosphere was relaxing. There was no pressure from the sales people. I feel as though I got a good deal on an awesome vehicle! Adam was kind and professional. I have a few things that need to be taken care of and I was reassured it would happen. I’m hoping that they are good on their word.

Carlos was very thorough and the experience was pleasant.My only critique is the closing of the purchase and time spent going over the features of the car was too lengthy.(2&1/2 hrs)we have had closings on homes that took much less time. All &all it all was positive & would buy another there in the futute.
