I came to the post office today at 10:00am for a walk in passport appointment which is advertised online and in-store from 9:30am-11:30am on Saturdays. I waited in line, and then was told it’s only from 9-9:30am? Make that make sense. The front desk associates were rude and this needs to be fixed so others don’t waste their time coming.

My 2 star rating is due to the "estimated delivery time" they make available, which I am sure is a grip for most people.I do quite a bit of online shopping. I do not own a vehicle and it makes getting things that I need or want easier. However, what I wish they would do is either get rid of the feature all together or improve it.Their service is great and the people are wonderful, but this particular feature is terrible. I track packages like an agent and constantly check for when a package of mine is to be delivered. I feel that since the post office charges for shipping items, I should be getting it 5 to 10 minutes before or after the estimated delivery time shown. So when I see that a package is to be delivered well before I need to leave my residence for work, I get really excited especially since they show it out for delivery around 6am, but I'm still left disappointed because the package doesn't arrive until 30 to 40 minutes after I am already clocked into work.I love my delivery driver. He is super nice, but honestly I get really pet when I stretch til the last minute in hopes I'll get my package only to be left waiting til nearly the next day to get it because I don't get home until after midnight.I apologize for the negative review, but this is a constant issue and I wish the folks up in USPS land would figure out a way to make package deliveries more accurate.

4 envelopes sent at 4 different times to different addresses from this post office in Westerly and never received weeks later. Something is definitely amiss at this location and it's very frustrating.

Worst place worst customer service. Don't deliver packages like they are suppose to. They always have an attitude if they have to deliver something.

The people here are friendly but none of the clerks had the stamps I needed in the quantity I wanted. I had to wait for a supervisor to come from the back because she was on break.

Terrible service. Very rude to my daughter, so much so that I will never go there again. Not sure of the name of the lady that was so disrespectful to her. Some blonde lady.... Anyways, if your so miserable please do everyone a favor and stay home. I'm sure there are plenty of people in need of a job that would be so much more pleasant to interact with!

People working here have HORRIBLE attitudes and are always terribly miserable, kinda feel bad for them. Bradford post office is so much more pleasant.

I live on the second floor above a business. The mailboxes are on the first floor to make the postman’s life easier when it comes to letters and such. UPS and FedEx will walk up the outdoor stairs that are right in front of the mailboxes to leave packages in front of our doors safely. My postman was so lazy he left a “sorry we missed you” two days in a row and at the exact time it said the delivery and knocking on my door was attempted I was sitting no more than 5 feet from the door. Blatantly lied rather than walking up a set of stairs. To top it off they’ll leave packages right on the ground under our mailboxes 3 feet from the entrance to a busy pizza place. Just walked into the post office to a locked door at 4:58pm. If I order something expensive I have to sit and wait on the deck because the postman is far too lazy to walk up a set of stairs.

I have never had a real problem with the the postal service on Tom Harvey Road. On occasion there is one particular person that may be rushing me but I don't mail many packages and I try to remember to mail my stamp requests.

Awful customer service. I've had awful experiences, having packages delivered to my P.O. Box address and have had mail left on a desk in the back, with no notice left in my box. Any issues I've had have been met with a degree of apathy or visible frustration. Happy to seek other options.

Horrible follow up and concern for people's items sent in the mail. Item marked as delivered to a person at my home on a certain date which was false. Never received item and was delivered to another address I assume??? Called 3 times requesting my item to be located no calls back after saying " I will look into it". Also showed up and spoke with supervisor/manager and he never followed up. They don't care that you spent money and vendor sent item to postal carrier and item was received at post office then mail man lost or misdelivered pkg. no reconciliation or care for my lost money or pkg. they misplaced nor and calls back or effort to locate item.
