Beautiful building and helpful staff, but note that the only way in is up many steep steps - no wheelchair or stroller accessibility, as confirmed by the staff. (This is allowed because the other post office in Westerly is accessible, though obviously much further away.)

On top of being efficient and accomodating, it is an all around very pleasant experience every time I visit this post office, I dare say might actually enjoy it. Sally is just the best.Re: hours of operation, you take that lunchbreak you absolutely deserve it! Thanks for all your hard work!

Place is horrible had shipping label package everything but needed to attach the label to the box instead of helping out they tried selling me a roll of tape. Went up the road to the next post office in pawcatuck they gave me a roll of tape to use. I sell alot good online and ship via USPS never going back back to westerly go to pawcatuck

This Post Office is ALWAYS filthy. There is shipping labels all over the floors. Also, who SHUTS DOWN AT LUNCH TIME???? It's absurd!! What about those of us that work 9 to 5??? As for the 'Customer Service', the worker behind the counter who is ALWAYS there, has NEVER, NOT ONCE smiled or asked how are you??? Just takes your mail and thats it. It's worth the drive down the street to Pawcatuck. SO MUCH cleaner AND EXTREMELY helpful. The BEST PART though, I can go on my lunch break and get my personal and professional needs met and NO ONE is OUT TO LUNCH, Like High Street, where THEY ARE out to lunch, figuratively AND LITERALLY!!!!

The worst post office ever. How can a public service close down every day when working people have their lunch break and want to utilize its services? So, by the time we're out of work, it's closed again. An unusable post office for anyone with a 9-5 job.
