Super clean and well-kept property. The hotel
Manager Stephanie was very sweet and was very accessible. The views are gorgeous and sunset and sunrise panoramic views are beautiful. You won't be disappointed!

We arrived on a Tuesday for a girls trip. As soon as we entered our room we were met with an overwhelming mildew smell. The beds were very hard, no microwave, no coffee pot and no screen in the window. The only thing good about this motel are the ocean views. Also, it’s not disability friendly. No elevator and no first floor rooms.

They should definitely have some rewards program for locals that spend every summer here... Perhaps 1 night at half price???

Love this place for family getaways and kid free visits! So fun. Can't beat the price and location
Rooms: Rooms are simple and comfortable. Clean, bright, fresh.
Nearby activities: Stores to shop, temporary tattoos, rentals, restaurants with in walking distance.
Safety: It is very safe here. Safe on and off property
Walkability: Can easily walk to get anything you need. Plenty of sidewalks, there is a traffic cop during busy season.
Food and drinks: Beach bar!!! Enough said. Great beverages-boozy or not. You can order food at the motel and the bar. And it is DELISH!

Right on the beach, bar on the beach, what can be better??? Staff is wonderful, hotel is clean and refreshing (no must smell like some places by the water), just a great place. Many small maintenance type issues, sloppy painting, ac units pulled out of the wall needs covering, bathroom door kept getting stuck shut from paint job, nothing major that would stop you from staying there. The location, walk right out onto the beach is the main thing that brings us back. Went there a lot as a child when it was a family place, now its more of a party hotel in the summer and a relaxing place in the off season.

We were paying weekly here. The sink leaked when we moved in. My better half fixed that issue. The owner walked in my room while my daughter and I were in bed, at 9 at night, he did not say a word and left. I did not know who he was until the following day when I asked the girl at the desk if someone else had a key to my room. The Wi-Fi was probably the worst I have used had to share my hot spot for my daughter to use her tablet. The driveway washed away, from a bomb cyclone. Then the toilet clogged, and started filling the shower. We were given a key to use a different rooms bathroom. I asked if we could get a discount for 1 week because of all of the issues. We were then told we had to move out on Christmas day with a child, and no where to go. Stephanie tried to help but the owner was adamant that we leave. Not to mention there is construction going on the whole time we were there, and it was barely quiet. This was a horrible heartbreaking experience. I absolutely can not believe what a Scrooge the owner was.Noteworthy details: The owner does not know how to treat guests.

The room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. The only thing the room did not have that I needed was a blow dryer, and the girl at Check in ( Melissa ) was pleasant and helpful…not put out when I asked for one.Great experienceNearby activities: The Windjammer bar is not far from there if you are up for a drink and done dancing…and there is are many great places to eat in town
