i have come in 3-4 times over the past few years, and every single time i am ignored, whispered about, and given dirty looks by the girls working. they say hello to everyone else who comes in & goodbye when they leave but i am ignored no matter how friendly i am to them. will not be returning.

5 out of 5. This was my first visit to Watch Hill [end of May] & it was just gorgeous. As soon as I walked into Rochelle's I immediately spotted the Ultra Soft Sweatshirts/ Sweaters & I started a collection ;). The ladies working in the store were so kind & enjoyed my enthusiasm & said, "Yes! these are flying off the shelves!" It was one of those moments where you just wanted one of everything - a very rare feeling for me, as I am picky about how clothes feel. Needless to say I made two visits to the shop & all summer I have been enjoying the sweatshirts I picked out & remembering the two magical days I spent in WH. I don't know when I'll be back [live in VA], but I don't regret for one moment all the beautiful purchases I came home with!! Your ladies are the Sweetest & I really hope to visit again in the fall. Thank you for the joy you have given me this year!

Had a terrible experience today. Only giving one star because they won't let me choose zero. My wife and I went in today to buy a sweatshirt. When we were ringing out it said unable to complete transaction. My wife checked her bank to see if it still charged her and it did. The cashier said sorry that it didn't work but that it was probably a pending charge that would go away. She also said we probably entered the wrong pin...um no. So that being said the cashier told us she would mail us the sweatshirt which made no sense. She gave us a business card and said to call back tomorrow. My wife called her bank and we verified it was not pending and that it charged her. I went back in and spoke with the cashier and told her that we were charged for the sweatshirt. I asked if we would have to wait for their end to say approved to mail it and she said no, so I asked what the difference is between mailing it and just giving it to us seeing their system clearly charged us. She had no answer. She also proceeded to keep telling us that it was probably just pending despite the bank verification that we were charged. Finally she tried refreshing the system and what would you know it went through! If only they refreshed it to begin with. They didn't care that we were charged at first for a product they weren't going to give us. Truly a horrible experience.

This is like one of my go to shops around the area. In fact I bought a couple of things today. However, the experience was a bit disappointing. The staffs are usually quite friendly and helpful but I'm not really sure what had happened today. One of the girls (looked like a new hire) had absolutely no personality whatsoever and a bit of a snob! I felt like I wasn't welcomed there at all!

Very cute boutique with a wide variety of clothing that is neatly organized and reasonably priced. Some boutiques have outrageous prices but I found their prices reasonable, not cheap but not expensive. I also found a couple bargains on the 75% off rack. The employees were very attentive but did not hover and gave you space to browse comfortably, which is extremely important to me. They also checked on me regularly while I was in the fitting room to see if I needed any additional sizes. There are also many nearby shops to go to in the area as well as the beach. I think the employees were all so sweet and the store was very well done and added to us having a more enjoyable day. I look forward to checking out their other locations!

Lovely store. Great brands, variety of price ranges. Excellent customer service. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful is styling and helping. They made a very enjoyable shopping experience. Will definitely be back!
