While you may get a descent grooming, I just came home livid. Twice, the owner was late. I work, care for a small grandchild and drive 20 minutes to get there. If I can jump through fire hoops to be on time, I expect the groomer (Owner) to be there, not leave me standing around. (Last time, she casually walked in with fast food and made no excuses. grrrr) And if you're seeking out genuinely "Holistic", this isn't. The synthetic fragrance is overwhelming coming through the door. Frustrated and not returning. *It's now 2 hours later and there was no attempt to call and make any excuses or apologies. Just beyond rude.

The owner is great and does go the extra mile! I've tried other places and not everyone knows how to groom a poodle. Anna Labbe is very flexible with appointments as well.

I"ll never take our pups anywhere else. Robyn takes her work very seriously, always gives a great cut, prices are reasonable. If your dog is family & you want them to get the same care and attention at the groomer, I wouldn't dream of recommending anywhere else!

Robin does a great job of keeping my Maltese ChiChi snowy white and well trimmed. She has a loving attitude toward all the pets she grooms. She is most accommodating in meeting the time needs of her customers. Her experience has proven very valuable in helping me to meet my pet’s needs.

I am so thankful to have found our forever groomer! Robyn is the absolute best! From the second she met my westie-poo Rambo he immediately bonded with her and she made him look amazing!! I can’t say enough great things, thank you for taking such great care of my little pup!

Great service and excellent owners. They care for you pets as if they were their own. Robin and Anna are truly great and they have special certificates making them top notch dog groomers. I 100% recommend them
