Had a comforter washed a couple of weeks ago and when I received it back, it smelled strongly of stale beer (no one in my household drinks) and was still dirty. I was also charged almost $40 for the services. I left my feedback through the link they gave me to give them a chance to come to a resolution and never heard back. I usually go to North End Suds downtown for my comforters, but unfortunately made the decision to drop them off at Pier Cleaners when I was in a pinch running other errands in the area.

I had three mountains of laundry backed up. I brought them to pier at 8am in a rush. They helped me fill out the paperwork. By doing it for me so I could get to work. All three bags were laundered and folded by 3 pm. It was a huge help. Thanks guys.

Clothes not done in time, expressed the importance of having them done by a certain deadline, was told it wouldn't be a problem, and given a slip with a pickup time. Only half my order was finished, leaving me with nothing to wear, so I had to spend more time and money to be fit for new clothes, will never trust them again, and for the amount I was charged i'll definitely find another cleaner!!!

Well, I don’t think it’s very professional for a business to have a phone number listed on the website but when you call it says it’s a nonworking number so there’s no way to get a hold of this business very unprofessional

Took 3 rugs for dry cleaning. They promised them back in one week. Missed the promise date due to employee error on 2 of the rugs. They returned them uncleared and charged me for the one they did clean. They said it “would take weeks” to get the other 2 cleaned. It was a terrible experience. Would not recommend. UPDATE: The one rug they “cleaned” is pictured. It was returned to us with animal hair and uncleaned. We do not have animals. I requested a refund, no answer. Live and learn.

They did it again! I turned in a brand new shirt, never worn with no stains, for dry cleaning, and somehow these people still manage to get it back to me with stains on one of the cuffs.I am done! Will no longer use this venue.

After trying another dry cleaner for my slipcovers (that I thought would never look clean again) we tried Piers. After Piers cleaned them they looked new! Definitely recommend!
