My partner and I needed a new mattress, and I was feeling pretty anxious about the process as I recently hurt my back and desperately needed a new mattress. Norman made the entire experience so easy and stress-free! He really knows his stuff, especially the differences between the mattresses. He was extremely helpful especially as we are both tall, bigger people and he helped us find the perfect fit! We ended up financing a Tempur-Pedic mattress with 0% interest—can’t beat that!
There was no pressure to buy, and Norman gave us an incredible deal—truly amazing. I highly recommend the Westerly store! It wasn’t too busy, and even when things picked up, Norman was great at walking us through everything, including warranties (which I highly recommend).
They’ll even deliver our new mattress and take away the old one, which is such a relief. On top of that, we scored some awesome pillows at a fantastic price! If you're in the area, go to the Westerly store. They'll take great care of you!

Brandon was absolutely amazing when my mother and I went mattress shopping this weekend. In fact we were also helped by Chris who was also very knowledgeable. I would definately purchase my mattress at this location. I have been to other Mattress Firm locations and made purchases but this experience was far better and I ended up finding the perfect bed with Brandon's help!

I went into my local mattress firm in westerly Rhode Island and was greeted by Brandon. Brandon was very pleasant and we talked about what I was looking for. He listened to me and showed me exactly what I asked without any pressure. It certainly wasn’t a high priced sale but it was exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back as long as the salespeople are like Brandon. It was a pleasure.
