Awful service. You walk in and get ignored until they feel like you've waited long enough. Don't give proper information about vehicles or parts. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere elts.

Bob really went out of his way to get me the correct rear end for my truck. The first rearend was the wrong year due to mis communications on my part. Bob took that rearend back and got me the correct one and all with a great attitude and a smile

I'll give this place 0 stars if I can. In reference to their part being offered for sale online, my husband placed a phone order with them to purchase a part. Martin insisted that we pay for it first before removing the item from the car, so we did. Give him a few days to disassemble it, he added, and he'll get back to us. Weeks passed with no response. When we contacted them again, they said that the part was bad but why haven’t no one had responded throughout the previous two weeks of our waiting. Currently, we are still awaiting a refund, which is another problem now. This place has to get its act together since it's a hot mess. Please be cautious and keep your distance. Also to the owners give us back our refund for a part we never got.

This family (Martin's) , with Ma Martin and son Bobby are the BEST!As a combat wounded veteran , recently divorced with 2 kids in college, I couldn't keep my POS car on the road without them!The service is exemplary, they are the kindest most honest people I have ever met! They love this country and ALL men and women who serve / have served!If you are a veteran... THIS is what our code of loyalty and Integrity is all about! You NEED to do your auto parts shopping here! Trust me! Tell em the Colonel sent ya! And spend some time talking about your country with them...if they aren't too busy! You won't regret it! Martin and Son's has bailed me out if more jams than I care to remember .... It's a great place to take your business.!
