Looking for a gym for pilate classes and came upon Luxe Fitness online. The website is awful. There is no information about class schedules or pricing, I was turned off right away. If they can’t provide any information on their website what’s the purpose of having one - I crossed them off my list!

I am beyond happy I found this gym. I have been a member for years, and every experience I have had here is positive. The staff are so kind and welcoming. Such great equipment, and it’s always so clean!! I love it here, definitely get yourself a membership, you will not regret it.

A great place to workout. Staff client friendly and courteous. Equipment good. Like a family. Workout people considerate. Most of all, Luxe is clean.try it out and you'll be satisfied.

I purchased a six month membership primarily for the sauna. The associate indicated the sauna was functional and part of the services offered. When I came in to use the sauna for the first time I was told they had not turned the saunas on in months and had no plans to do so. I expressed my concern regarding the misrepresentation and my purchase to two different associates. One even called the manager. No remedies were offered.

After being a member since 2011 I just informed the co owner that I wanted to cancel my membership. Her response was and I quote “I don’t care” what a great business who cares about their customers. Furthermore, the guest passes increased in price from $10 to $15 per session. Sad that a business tries to exploit more money during a time of crisis from many people who potentially aren’t working. Lost all respect for the business owners of Luxe fitness. Disgraceful

My fitness journey began 12 years ago as an over weight and insecure teenager wanting to commit to finding self esteem. I joined luxe for a free week trial, and then a 3 month membership. It was the quality of environment that made me develop self efficacy in fitness. Luxe defines the gold standard of fitness equipment, cleanliness, and above all staff. In these changing times of a global pandemic, Luxe was the first to open with major modifications for social distancing and mask enforcement. Staff welcomes members and interacts through their scheduled cleanings every hour. Despite this evolution, the culture remains unchanged. Luxe values cleanliness as a cornerstone for this new era of post pandemic uncertainty, and with their staff’s customer service does one thing remain unchanged: members come first. .

Excellent facility! Open now (Covid phase 2)! Clean equipment, following all state regulations. Love it! Recommend it for sure....glad to be back!!
