“Excellent company to deal with! I have personally brought 2 brand new trucks there to have lights/siren installed. I travel 200 miles one way to get their quality of service and workmanship. All of their products + wiring + hardware installed is done extremely well. They are great at what they do and are super efficient. Westerly is a beautiful area to spend the day while your vehicle is getting upfitted! Lou, you have a top-notch crew. Keep up the great work. I will be bringing another truck down soon from Vermont!”

“I went there tonight after hours the worker couldn't have been any nicer! When I got up to the front I said "I didn't know you guys were open this late" to which he replied "we arent" so I apologized for coming in he said he was waiting on a truck anyways and it was fine. I'm like okay thank you. He scans my items I go to pay... declined... "sorry I wasted your time I locked my card ill put these back" he says "it's no problem take your time do what you need to do" so I run to the car grab my phone unlock card pay and tell him have a great night. It is not often an employee goes above and beyond specially for someone who was a pain in the a$$ customer!!!!!!!! Sorry again but you made my night thank you for being so kind and understanding when you could of said screw you lady I'm already here late.”
