after having been five pills short four out of six months when I received my next prescription, I immediately went home and counted them. Sure enough I was short five pills I called and told them of the shortage. in less than a minute I was told to come and pick up the five pills. I'm not sure how they could've known this in such a short time. I tried complaining to management and to Cvs upper management only to receive the runaround. They were stealing my pills and then telling me there was nothing they could do for me when I was coming up 2 1/2 days short at the end of each month. I would recommend avoiding this Cvs a better choice. Is Mcquades Pharmacy in Westerly.

Best customer service ever !First time I have used this store . The girl at the counter went above and beyond. The store was clean , everything was displayed wonderful. What a big difference from the store up the street. Corporate should really walk through.Well done !

I watched your manager on duty 12/5, wearing an oversized PUMA hoodie be rude to 3 people in a 2 minute time period. The nice older woman working the register, the elderly woman purchasing multiple Amazon gift cards and a woman returning a photobook that was incorrectly made.

Minute clinic is a scam. Says until 5:30 waiting 20 minutes and before 5 oclock the doctor says she's closed she has other "duties" and turned away SICK people!!! Most unprofessional experience I've ever been involved with. Do not recommend

May 2024I went in recently for a scheduled pneumonia shot. It was not very busy my wait was not long. When I was called upon entering the person administering the shot said “Birth date” and then said get your arm ready.” I was shocked as I have been here before and have never been treated like this, not a hello or my name is Jenny. I mentioned maybe it was not a good time for her. She then changed her tune a bit, a very uncomfortable visit to say the least. I want to be clear I have had other visits here in the past here that were fine.

Waited 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Checked in early. All to find out that the person called out so it was in fact closed. In which case, why accept appointments and waste peoples time and gas? On top of that, I was told to go to another minute clinic even though I had already wasted all that time. No apologies. No someone to let us know it has been closed. I had to find that out myself and then get told reschedule or go somewhere else. That is ridiculous.

I was in the Westerly Crossings shopping center, so I decided to check for any good deals at this CVS.I saw some nice Peanuts Christmas cards and with the 40% off coupon, it was a great deal. So I got them.The line to checkout was a bit long, but they quickly added cashiers and we got out of there in no time. Nice customer service here.

Store itself is fine, ended up waiting 30 minutes for a vaccine shot when I showed up on time with tons of people ahead of me. I thought the whole point of appointments was to reduce wait times???

Could this place be more disorganized?? I have COVID-19. I took an at home test yesterday, but TDI does not accept at home test results, so I need another one. It used to be that you had to stay in your vehicle and an employee would bring you in the back area, but APPARENTLY you just go through the main store to the minute clinic area now to get a COVID test. Why were the confirmation texts/emails not more clear? It just said to go to the kiosk. What kiosk?! By the time I found it and went through all the prompts I was "late" and the kiosk told me to reschedule. Are you serious?? I 100% have COVID, I'm in this store, and you can't take 10 seconds to collect a swab? It literally takes 10 seconds! Not that I can actually ask an employee. Because there are none! The whole area was totally empty. What a joke. I had some other things I needed to pick up, but I'm not spending my money here. You would think a pharmacy of all places would take COVID seriously.

Employee name Lukas very horrible made rude comments about my friend using EBT should really be ashamed to have someone working their that would put down a woman who has little kids to feed. Will not return to this store as long as this employee works their!

This CVS location is quite large. I could be thrown off as our local CVS here in Charlestown is the size of a postage stamp however this one, located just 10 min away is so bright, clean and very organized. We visited recently for a rapid covid test and after registering online, we secured our appointments, pulled up to the designated area and waited for the tech to come out to get us. They were professional, quick and very helpful. The interior of this location must be a newer layout as it was very modern looking and everything was well laid out.
