Ohboyohboyohboy. This is the greatest store EVER!!! I'll tell you why in a minute. I drove down from Boston to meet my friend Sherry and her husband for an early dinner before an author event that Sherry's bookstore was hosting at the United Theater. I had 90 minutes to kill before the event so I went exploring whatever that section of town is called.. Westerly Center maybe? Lots of interesting shops, friendly looking bars, restaurants, and a commuter rail train station that has the most amazing art gallery, of all things. But this is a review of Christina LTD, a great little clothing and novelty items store down the block from the United. I went in to poke around and saw clothing which looked interesting, but I wasn't in the mood to look at clothes. What really caught my eye were some novelty items that will be on my shopping list for Christmas. I was laughing out loud browsing these items. First to get my attention was a table on which were spread little boxes of gum with the most hilarious statements on the cover. I took pictures but not sure they would be allowed in Yelp so I'll give them to you here: "How About a Big Pack of Shut the Hell Up!", "I gave a s--- earlier. You missed it." and "Cut the S---, Anxiety!" I was already cracking up as I picked those up to purchase; there were another 8 or 10 equally as funny but my house has enough stuff lying around. I moved on to another section and there was shelving with a ton of socks with similarly funny sayings on them. I was still giggling, and planning who will get these gifts. There was a ton of other stuff there to please.. candles, oils, cards, I don't even remember all that was there. I just know that I will be back before Christmas to tackle my list of gifts. Probably back many times. What a gem! You are very lucky if you live close to this store.

I want to post this in reviews, it won't let me? Above & Beyond review Christinas Ltd clothing shop Westerly:I am local about 20 mins away. My husband & I decided to spend a rare night out. We went to the United in Westerly for an Improv show. Oooph… I was freezing we all know the effect of a nice summer evening & then you hit the A/C. Hence, I had 2-3 minutes to find a “sweater” before the show started. I ran out of the theatre & into one of the ONLY shops open; Christinas on the corner. IMO, I somewhat rudely ran into the store & said I need something reasonably affordable to keep me warm at the show. The woman who waited on me (I now, know as Kim) dropped everything she was doing, as I was running around like a loon; & I finally found a “short” zip up jacket myself for $79.00 & thought, “this will do”. BUT, Kim came around the corner & said WAIT, come here & try this on; Kim put me in a beautiful long crocheted white LONG “duster” for $69. WOW in front of the mirror, along with my already white dress I looked like a Princess rather than a “tennis player” LOLWith that service I assume she was the owner, but no, my husband & I visited again on 7/14/23 and AGAIN 1 of the only shops open in Westerly @ 8pm on a beautiful summer FRIDAY evening they were OPEN, even though tons of people were “window shopping” elsewhere, Christinas had a fair share of at least 8 woman in their shop “buying”. I bought more items bath oil & a vase. HEADS UP rest of Westerly businesses, when tons of people are still walking around weekend evenings & a but lightheaded from beer & wine, selling them your wares is a VERY GOOD IDEA…just sayin’ ?

Beautiful layout and design however I went to return a gift that was given to me hoping for a store credit and didn’t get it. I learned there is a strict policy of no returns for store credit without receipt and it’s not posted on the counter.The product had been purchased 15 days prior and was still in the bag with the tissue paper.Seems pretty I flexible to me.

I bought a dress from the sale rack. It was 50% off which was great. Tags did not say as is. I wore the dress to work and my colleague told me it was ripped down the back where a body part was exposed. Mind you I had stopped at Starbucks prior I going to work. So a little humiliating to say the least. Because I just took the tag off that morning I was able to tell the manager about the issue and that I had the tag. She told me they put damaged products on the sale rack and questioned me as to why I did not see the hole. Maybe because it was on the seam and it was hidden to a degree when I tried it on. They told me they would do nothing for me. And again she continues to seem confused and questioned me again. Living locally I would stop in occasionally to support her business. Never again. They literally rip you off. Pun intended.

I actually would give 0 stars but the app doesnt seem the let me. Ive been going to this store whenever coming to visit family from **, nothing special but my mother likes it, that is until we tried to exchange a gift she bought that I didnt like. The color wasnt for me, but we didnt even take it from the bag, tags still attached. THEY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE IT BECAUSE WE WERE 1 DAY LATE FOR A 14 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY. We explained that I live out of state and could only come on a weekend day, which this was (Sunday). I know theyve only been open for 2 yrs but as a business owner myself, I dont expect them to last 2 more!

They're racist and they sell $50 small a** candles, s*** ain't worth it. Customer service also lacks tbh. If you're looking for a place to look at and not buy anything, this would be the best place to go
