Worst ever!
I sent flowers to a friend who just lost a child and I did sign a card …I called them and my response was that I didn’t sign a card…
No compassion or caring…just “…sir…you didn’t sign a card so I don’t know what to tell you…”

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Broadview Florist. My daughter's Prom Bouquet was beautiful and unique. The florist was very helpful in discussing available flowers before hand, which made my daughter's request to avoid roses and other common Prom flowers that are just not her preference. This made for an individualized arrangement that was special just for her. Stunning! Most of these photos are from day 2. They held up, even being out of water for hours at the Prom. You can see them being held when fresh and they are simply gorgeous. Thank you! The butonniere was very nice, as well.

Love the staff here. Always kind & helpful. They have a woman who is a magician when it comes to putting together bouquets. She is FAST & clearly experienced. You can ask for a bouquet in a specific price range & she will whip it up right there in store for you in just a few minutes. I love her!! I’ve walked in about a dozen times asking for a bouquet that is bright & fun and she DELIVERS! Everytime. & She is always happy to do it. I asked for a bouquet for a friend today & told her I wanted to keep it to a max of 20$. Look how beautiful. I always leave happy. Thank you ladies so much

I wanted to have birthday flowers waiting for my wife on a small weekend trip to Westerly. Not only did the florist create a beautiful bouquet, but when I asked off hand for any restaurant recommendations, she offered a couple off the top of her head and texted a handwritten list of 6 or 7 for all occasions later in the day. The flowers were beautiful and diner was amazing. Thank you!

Worst place to buy flowers. Bought flowers for my sisters' memorial service and was so embarrassed by what they sent. Ordered the Premium received the Deluxe Lavender Laugh. I was laughed at. Paid the same as others paid for flowers from Sendmeflowers.com see photo attached and tell me which ones came from Broadview. The flowers to the left cost as much as the ones from Broadview. Buy from Sendmeflowers.com I have learned my lesson. Don't be embarrassed.

Chris was very responsive to our wedding requests. He paid close attention to all of our flower preferences, and when we changed something close to the wire he was completely relaxed about it, even during one of their busiest seasons ever. Greenhouse and garden flowers are nicely selected too.

Above and beyond customer service.They were tasked with creating and delivering a Valentines bouquet on behalf of one of the big 1-800 florists online. They made so many efforts to protect the delivery from the cold. Great communication! I'm def ordering directly from them from now on. Support locals that support you!!

Thank you Mark for the most stunning birthday arrangement with delicate pink dahlias, white hydrangeas, and lots of interesting greenery. The blue container is beautiful and was perfect for our dinner party. The arrangement was simply exquisite and made my birthday at the Weekapague Inn all the more special.
