This has to be one of the best Auto repair shops I've dealt with! Guy Steve did great, and relatively quick muffler replacement. Prices were reasonable. And, there just friendly people. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

Steve is a nice guy but he did my exhaust wrong and rather than calling me to see what I wanted to do he just did it anyway, now I have to go out and have someone else do it for more money

Our service van broke down on Gold Star Bridge in Connecticut. I called Bradford Towing and Ricky responded within 20 mins and had our service van on the flatbed in under 4 mins. I couldn’t believe it! The bridge was shaking and cars speeding passed us, they are true professionals. Thanks Ricky, for your swift response.

The place is easy to find, there's a decent area to park, the people are very nice, and they fixed my car perfectly. I have no real complaints, it's a great place to get your car fixed. (Small parking area but not bad enough to drop a star since their service is wonderful)
