Excellent service. Very nice guys working on a Sunday (Tyler and another dude) did a great job and were very professionally curtious to my old(er) mom and I, while changing a car battery. Would be great if they could teach costumer service to all auto chains in the area. (Excluding Napa). ✌?

I won't lie I'm usually already not in the best of moods whenever I'm here because it usually means there is something wrong with a vehicle. Otherwise prices are generally slightly higher then Advance Auto next door but much cheaper Napa

Good store. Employees try to be knowledgeable, but they are polite and helpful. I prefer Auto Zone over Advanced as far as the store goes, but Chris at Advanced has knowledge. Chris has solved more problems for me, and diagnosed problems that nobody else could. A dozen experts couldn't diagnose my last issue, but 5 minutes with Chris, and he saved me a ton of cash. The issue got fixed right, cheap and permanently thanks to Chris at Advanced. He is the most valuable tool Advanced has. AutoZone has a better store though. Chris should be running an AutoZone. Not to mention he is a great guy.

Went to get some restorative product for my black paint on my 23 year old truck. Not only did I find what I was looking for, but one of the employees took time to go out to the parking lot with me and share his own product out of his truck with me. Sold! His name is Devon.
