The worker bill tuner likes to run his mouth and kick stuff at a female while in uniform also he likes to get drunk and get behind the wheel of twin city tow truck I would not recommend doing business if bill Turner is driving I also have videos of him in his uniform cause problems

Had my car for over a week and did nothing with it accept for start work that wasn’t asked for and then charged us for when the other work wasn’t done and taking too long so we needed the car back. Then ordering the wrong parts making it so I have to wait another week to start actually repairing my car. Then when I call to ask for information about a third party vendor so I can stop putting this shop in the middle of it, I, a young pregnant woman, get yelled at and hung up on by a full grown man, shouting over me instead of allowing me to literally ask him that question to try to make less headache for him. I will gladly take my $2000 repair somewhere else, Troy. I cannot believe the treatment I received.

Very racist auto body shop! When I went there was no one inside and even waited 15 minutes to see if someone would come to the front but no one showed. Then I went back to my car and called the company and they said since I was already outside waiting they would be coke outside to look at my car. I asked for an estimate on some damage my car had and the guy said my car was totaled and he could not look in his database for my car since it was too old. There were already a bunch of cars in the lot that obviously still needed work done so I could understand if you were too busy to take my car but telling me my car is totaled when other car experts highly disregard.

Got my car back in pristine edition (looks much nicer than when I brought it in)! They did the fix well, worked with my insurance, finished when they said they would, and were able to figure out my car rental situation for me (despite my insurance being a pain). Hopefully won’t need to return anytime soon, but if I ever need more body work done, I will absolutely be going here!

I brought my car to West Warwick Auto Body Shop. I was greeted by Philip Casacalenda, the owner,who is a master of his skill. He brings out the best in his workers, and in doing so, they produce superior workmanship. The rental car was there promptly waiting for me. Philip has succeeded and achieved such a competent and knowledgeable business. He generates a positive working environment for his skillful workers. When I picked up my car, it was done with an excellent quality of work. His craftsmanship was excellent and surpassed all my expectations. I was very well satisfied with my car. Kudos to Philip Casacalenda for such a successful and accomplished business.

I brought in my car a couple of weeks ago to have a headlight and door handle replaced. I brought the car in at 9:15 and by 1:30 it was done. They even buffed out the other headlight so it would match the other one and didn't charge me for it. You guys exemplify great customer service. Troy was excellent to deal with. You guys rock. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for body work repairs. Keep up the great work.

I’ve used these folks before and the work has always been excellent. Yesterday I had a car hit my car at Lowe’s. Of course it was hit and run. I took it here and they spent 40 minutes working on it. What I thought was significant turned out to be a heavy coat of contact paint from the other car. It took a while but it’s perfect now and he refused to take anything from me. The bumper of my old man's car had a broken clip and was dangling. It was not an easy fix for me so I sent him over to the West Warwick Auto Body. They fixed it for free, didn't charge him despite him asking. I am so thankful, acts of kindness like this don't happen very often. These are good people.Service: Body & Trim
