In this day and environment, retail businesses might want to try their hardest to run a decent, friendly business in their communities. I've been getting my prescriptions here for maybe 6 to 8 months. My husband typically picks up whatever I need so haven't had much interaction with the staff. Today, I first call to check on a prescription for my son as it was his first to be filled at that location. The man on the phone was so rude, cut me off, spoke over me. I was really surprised. Then when my son went to pick up his prescription the pharmacy clerk was similarly rude, curt and dismissive. I will take my future business to CVS...we have options. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this pharmacy. The last thing someone needs when they are sick is to deal with jerks.

They are our friendly neighborhood pharmacy. Like anywhere else, one can find good deals and bad deals. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well organized.

When I changed my pharmacy to this Walgreen's on Cowesett, the service here was prompt, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend.

The store was very well put together. Their store plan is extremely organized and easy to follow. All the items I had on my list were simple to find. The young man behind the register was funny and warm. He double checked my change because he was afraid he had shortchanged me, but he had given me perfectly counted change. He tried to upsell my purchase by asking me if I was interested in some various item on the counter. (I forget what it was) Her also asked if I wanted to round up the change to donate to some charity as promoted by register. This kid definitely has a future in customer service if he so chooses. Great job Walgreens staff and management this store Rocks!!!!

They have coupons advertised on the shelf but if they aren’t in your “app” they can’t do anything about it. Worst services I’ve received from Walgreens in a long time. Switching to CVS.

Every time I come here the pharmacy is closed. Closed on weekends. Closed in the afternoons. Switching back to CVS. Not happy about it.

The pharmacy technician was completely rude and condescending. My wife had reached out to him about our prescriptions he informed us that it would be filled in a couple hours. When I showed up I was informed that I could not pick up my prescriptions for another week because I picked up prescriptions less than a month ago even though they are new prescriptions and not refills. No one ever called us back to let us know this, so I drove to the pharmacy for no reason only to catch more attitude from the same pharmacist. He's an older gentleman with gray hair if anybody at Walgreens cares to do anything about it.

The pharmacist here is INSANELY rude. He’s always giving me a hard time when I pick up my prescriptions. The last time I went I had filled my prescription ahead of time and received a push notification AND a phone call saying my prescription was ready. After waiting in the drive thru for over 20 mins because he was giving the car in front of me a hard time, he gave me attitude for trying to fill my prescription at the drive thru instead of calling it in ahead of time… when I tried to explain to him I had and it should already be ready he kept cutting me off and told me to come back in an hour and it would be filled. I’m glad I had decided to come back after only 20 mins or so because they had been getting ready to close! The pharmacist tried to tell me to come back after they had already closed for my prescription….I’m not a huge fan of cvs either, but if I have to keep dealing with the same rude old pharmacist here I’m heavily considering switching pharmacies…

The manager is the best. Always so friendly and accommodating. I love shopping at this store because they always have the cutest squishmallows. The girl that always is smiling is great too

Very inconvenient that the pharmacy isn't open on Saturdays and Sundays anymore. God forbid someone has an emergency and needs their meds.
