They never answer their phone & when they do, they rudely put you on hold and forget about you. Horrible, absolutely horrible. Will never do business with them again!!

Wow! I called them last minute and spoke to Nicole who had their delivery driver Matt out asap. He showed up on time. He was friendly, professional and even helped restart the furnace ensuring we wouldn’t be without heat. Thank you.

Honestly a really great company!Been using them for over 2 years now and never had a problemWe even had a moment when we came extremely close to running out of oil and once I explained that and we had a small child in the home, they acted quickly and squeezed us into their delivery schedule to fill our tank!Love them and always recommend them!!

Great place always helpful on the phones and drivers are very friendly. Id also like to address the one star review... They never hang up on anyone ever! They actually have an emergency call line and u dont have to be a customer to get a delivery so the review is false or placed on the wrong company... I am in no way affiliated with vally fuel or its partners

I absolutely love them. We've only had two deliveries and I know I won't ever switch companies. Each time I spoke to them, I was met with kindness and patience for any questions I asked. Delivery came the same day, and the men were both very nice. No miss, no fuss. Also feel better supporting a local business.
