Steve at Computer Doctor is the most cost effective, reliable and intelligent at fixing your computers. He diagnoses your computer and provides you with the best options with cost in mind. Most PC repair shops in Rhode Island will try to upsell you or scam you on parts you don’t need or service that isn’t the source of your problem which is why this is the best place you can go by far. Not only that but Steve is a great guy that is here to help you not hurt you.
I’ve been here a few times and everytime i’m left satisfied with the results and understand exactly what is wrong. If you’re in this area or even far away this is your best option.

Steve, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my computer needs. I had broken an older MacBook and he tried putting in the hardrive into another undamaged Macbook of the same year which he had suggested for me. Even though it was not a successful operation, I still appreciated Steve suggesting the MacBook and I still can utilize it for my needs! Go to Steve, you will not regret it!!!

I have a Mac Desktop that had been running ridiculously slow for a while, so I brought it to The Computer Doctor and Steve replaced the hard-drive. Not only is it lightning fast now, but the turn-around time was only a few days and the repair cost was very affordable! I highly recommend The Computer Doctor!

Steve was knowledgable and has a high level of communication. He took the time to diagnosed the situation. After realizing it was the motherbroad, he did not charge us for any trial or error to diagnose the root of the problem. I highly recommend steve for any computer repairs/issues.

I had an issue with my gaming computer that I couldn't solve. I emailed Steve at The Computer Doctor. He replied quickly and tried to help figure out my issue through email. He recommended a new component and I dropped my computer with him for the install and a diagnostic check. He very quickly realized there was cooling issue, contacted me, ordered the part and had it completed by the next day. My sim rig is running better than ever now. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend anyone to Steve at The Computer Doctor.

The Computer Doctor did a wonderful job upgrading our 9-year-old laptop as well as a newer Dell laptop, including removing a virus. Steve was not only a crackerjack repairman, but refreshingly accommodating, personable and quick! We were happy to find him.!
