“my dad and i went in here to look at computers. we were looking for a laptop. we bought a nice one. its a backup for my laptop. first computer i ever had was a del. it was a touch screen, it only lasted a year. my dad ordered it. when we needed help fixing it, my dad calls a lady in india, and she tells my dad he has to ship it to india. i just got a new computer. staples is the place to go if you need a computer.”

“I was out of town at a business show and realized that I had left my business cards at home. The show was to start at 3:30 PM. I went into the Staples store in Providence, RI. The young man said let's look at what you need. After sending him the format that I needed he said we can do that. I said the show is today at 3:30 and it was 9:00 AM. He said we can have the business cards ready by 2:00 PM. Well guess what, they were ready by 1:00 PM. The customer service, product quality, and price I got were unbeatable.”
“I went here to make some Amazon returns. Apparently, you're supposed to do them yourself, but someone was taking a really long time, so the lady behind the desk offered to take care of my returns. She did my returns fast, and she was very friendly.”

“I went to return something, mail something out & to buy some stamps. I entered the post office only to find the area where the registers are blocked off by a metal gate. A lady walked out of a side door and informed us that the clerk had called out and another one would be there in 10 min or more. I chose to wait and I’m glad I did! A clerk walked in and quickly opened a register. Komla was his name (I asked because in his haste to help us he hadn’t pinned his name tag on yet). He was jolly and prompt and efficient yet patient enough to inform me of different options for what I was mailing. Komla’s customer service is above and beyond!”

“A clerk here saved my life today. Very efficient and helpful. I had a notice left to pick up a package but the notice had no information on it and had this post office’s address on it, even though I think we usually go through the other downtown post office. The woman checked the computer and called around and found the package at the other post office. They close early so I will have to go tomorrow and end this saga, but I am so grateful to her!”

“One of my packages was delivered to the wrong parcel box(our complex has a cluster box for packages. I let the post office know online and later Got a call at work stating the package was found and put in my box. When I opened the P.O. Box there was my package with a little note stating what box it was in and that they were sorry. I really appreciate the leg work -- I bought a lot of sweaters on sale for fall and would have been bummed if this package was lost.”

“There was only a couple people ahead of me, and she apologized for the wait(it was only a couple minutes). They are quick and are super friendly. I live in Coventry, and I prefer this post office over the Coventry one.”
