I had a mega millions ticket with a winning mega ball number and he "scanned" it and said it was not a winner. I asked for my ticket back and went to a different gas station and got my winnings. This guy didn't scan my ticket, the machine made no noise at all and he just pointed at the screen that had "not a winning ticket" already showing on the screen. I wonder how many elderly people get F'd by the guy.

I worked here back in the 90s. Previously Wel-Mar Shell. Customer service satisfaction was always very important to us. I'm sorry to see this establishment has gone downhill.

They advertise reg gas $3.29.9 but charge you $3.39.9 .10cents more. Not just now they do it all the time. We should all demand the advertised price or sue them for false advertising.

Worst place, my grandma paid for gas with debit card inside and it didn't take all the money and the clerk wouldn't rebate the $5 back. They actually told an 88 year old to get out.They should be shut down.Update:Finally the $5 went back to her account.

I almost never have had a satisfying experience at this shell in particuar, came in the morning the other day seems they hired new people. A younger gentlemen offered to help me with my bags to my car, would now recommend to friends.
