SOLD ME A LEMON. I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape in April and now in August it is undrivable. The engine light came on when I tested it they told me it was just out of gas and was fine and reset the light. I made the purchase. Within 2weeks I had over heated and was stuck on the side of the road. A good Samaritan stopped and checked and told me I was completely out of engine coolant brought some to me and filled it up. I took it to Porcellis who then "flushed the system" and said it was fine. A week later the engine light came on again. Back to Porcellis who said it was something in the cylinders they cleaned out turned off the engine light and said it was fine. A third time it was out of fluid I took it again to Porcellis who said there was a "heat bubble" behind the thermostat which they blew out and now it's fine - where is the coolant going?? Clearly it's not fine. The 4th time the engine light came on last week I took it to a different garage. They said the coolant is leaking into the 2nd cylinder of the head gasket - it needs a new head gasket. I went to Porcellis and they said sorry you're out of warranty nothing they can do. The same issue that happened over and over under my 1 month warranty was never fixed and yet now it's my problem. I spent $14,000 dollars in April and now I don't have a car to drive.

DONT BUY HERE ..they don’t care about there customers AT ALL! Bought a car from them took them over a month to register my vehicle, gave me the run around “dmv lost it” ..i went to dmv myself to get down to the bottom of what happened. & go figure “dealer picked up on such a date”. They waited days before the 30 days to register my vehicle. I had to drive with an expired registration and license plate. Tried to call sales man and he laughed at me when i asked for supervisor. Like as if it’s a joke..he did not even no a name to give me to whom i can discuss this with. So disrespectful and awful service. I had to go out my WAY to figure out what was going on. I called to ask for owner info and secretary left a “note” for him to call me back. And i have YET to hear from them.

I bought a vehicle from Jim about 7 mos ago. He walked me through the whole process and has been very patient and understanding with every annoyance I have bothered him with and there have been many. The beginning of Nov two of my Rogue was making a weird noise, on my way to class, like the caliper was stuck. I immediately came home. I called Jim and he came to my house to check it out. The caliper was indeed stuck, and had gouged my rotor. He had it brought right into the shop to find out the why. We later found out that two of my lug nut bolts had snapped, when I had accidently caught a curb a week or so prior. He and Mike went about getting the problem fixed. He also made sure I had a vehicle to use, even though my insurance did not cover rentals, and he did not have to, while he fixed the Rogue. When someone hit the loaner car, while parked near my house. I panicked and was really anxious about it. I called the police to report the hit and run. Then called Jim. He simply came looked at it, told me it would all be fine, to call my insurance company. He and his whole team have been wonderful to me. When it was all said and done, I only had to pay my deductible. He is an honest man and came through for me from the start. I would highly recommend his services whether buying a car, or repairs.

SCAMMMERS... SOLD MESSED UP TRANMISSION FROM DAY 1. ALMOST A MONTH STILL REFUSING TO FIX IT UNDER WARRANTY... ENGINE CAME ON AT 3 WEEKS . TELLING US WE DROVE 4000 MILES IN 3 WEEKS.. MY BF WAS AVERAGING LIKE 500 WITH LYFT A WEEK SO EXPLAIN THAT ONE. LYFT APP TRACKS THAT. ANYWAYS TELLING US WONT COVER FROM THE WARRANTY COMPANY CAUSE THEY DIDNT MARK AS COMMERCIAL. SORRY BUT NOT PAYING 4000 FOR NEW TRANSMISSION AFTER 3 WEEKS OF OWNING THE CAR.. REFUSE TO TALK TO ME OR GIVE US THE PLATES.. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWARE. WE ONLY WENT HERE CAUSE MY INCOME IS WIERD TO TRACK KIND OF. WE LITERALLY COULD AFFORD BRAND NEW CAR BUT SETTLED HERE WORST MISTAKE EVER. WILL JUST SCREW YOU... AFTER SPENDING 2500 DOWN.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. IT WILL BE NOTHING BUT HEADACHES AND STRESS. I GAVE THEM 3 WEEKS BEFORE THIS BAD REVIEW CAME. FAILED TO HELP ME FIX THERE ERROR TO THE WARRANTY .. they fixed it but rushed to the other transmission place to quickly get it back right after I called the place it was getting fixed at after the conflict they messed with the tires and now look 3 days later check engine light comes back on. On top of brakes and new tires we have to replace this week . Bunch of low lives scamming for cash with messed up cars trying to sell at Kelly blue book value lmao with at least 5 to 6 fixes to it , brakes, transmission, new tires , now a new sensor, all within 3 weeks . Probably messed with car after it got transmission rebuilt so who knows what else other mechanics are gonna tell us . Been to two so far after they took it after the rebuild then threatened me to take my bad honest review down that there gonna comment back.. your just gonna Make it look ten times worse denying it . Now a new clutch mechanic telling us 3k every week we have this car new issue .. making this car over $8000 in damages for this car… new transmission if we paid out of pocket 4000 now3000 for new clutch DONT GO HERE BRAKES AND TIRES … scary these people have a business.

scammmers... sold messed up tranmission from day 1. almost a month still refusing to fix it under warranty... engine came on at 3 weeks . telling us we drove 4000 miles in 3 weeks.. my bf was averaging like 500 with lyft a week so explain that one. lyft app tracks that. anyways telling us wont cover from the warranty company cause they didnt mark as commercial. sorry but not paying 4000 for new transmission after 3 weeks of owning the car.. refuse to talk to me or give us the plates.. take your business elseware. we only went here cause my income is wierd to track kind of. we literally could afford brand new car but settled here worst mistake ever. will just screw you... after spending 2500 down.. dont waste your money here. it will be nothing but headaches and stress. i gave them 3 weeks before this bad review came. failed to help me fix there error to the warranty .. it was 2015

If you want to deal with an honest used car dealership, I strongly recommend Porcelli’s. They stand behind their vehicles and will make sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Oh and the salesman Jim was great to work with!

I've had Mike at Porcelli's do body work on my Honda Civic 2x now and u couldnt go anywhere else to b taken care of better...Mike and his staff go above & beyond to make sure the jobs done right the first time.Thank u Mike for everything u did to make an accident stress freeI highly recommend Porcelli's !!

An honest salesman is an oxymoron. But do yourself a favor and find yourself an ethical seller and skip this place.My mom got a car here that looked and ran great until the time came to get inspected. the underneath of the car is a disaster, missing pieces, welding things together to accompany for the empty space. spending thousands of dollars to fix all the shortcuts they took. mechanic said that places like this take advantage of people and take shortcuts like this to earn money. By the time people notice something is wrong, it's far too late to do anything.Definitely the place to go if you want a car that's built like a thrifted lego set.

Went to this dealer after my 16 year old son saw a Toyota Solara he wanted to purchase. I test drove it and my son put a deposit on the vehicle. Jim said there was a leak in the convertable top gasket but it had been fixed by his mechanic already and no need to worry. I also noticed the car shook on the highway. Once again he told us not to worry. He would have it fixed because he had to inspect it before we left the lot with it. We made arrangements that Friday I would pick the car up. Friday came around and Jim texted me saying he needed to cancel. I told him I couldn't and my son needed the car for work that weekend. He agreed to keep our original delivery of the vehicle. I went to pick up the vehicle and noticed the inspection sticker was still the same. Jim then informed me that he wanted to talk to me about that. (NEVER SAID A WORD ON THE PHONE) He stated it would not pass inspection even though no lights were on. He told my son that the car was taken off the computer for some time and needed to be driven. Jim told my son he was going to let him drive it for a week and come back with it after a week so they could try to inspect it again. My son drove it off the lot and within 4 hours the brake line went in the car. My son managed to put his foot all the way to the floor on the brake pedal to make the vehicle stop and not cause an accident. My son and his father the next day replaced the brake line with their own money. During that week you could start to hear the car get noisy from the exhaust and it also rained and the car had water in it from the convertible top gasket that was clearly never fixed. Before I returned the car, I made a stop at my mechanic who told me the catalyt convertor had a leak in the exhaust, the exhaust system needed to be replaced and the hood latch was busted so the hood could lift up at any time and the car was completely unsafe to drive. I let Porcelli's know of my findings. Jim asked me if they fixed these things how would they be assured we wouldn't walk away...I told him if the things were fixed we would not need to. He told me he would let the owner know of my findings and get back to me. That was Monday. On Thursday I called cause I didn't hear back. He said the car was more money than they anticipated and they would lose money to fix it. He would have go fix it and sell it for more to compensate on the difference. He also said the only mechanic he had was also on a leave so there was noone that could fix it anyways. Jim and the owner should of fixed the car for my son and sold it to him like they were supposed to when they posted it for sale. Instead they held on to my sons deposit of a grand for a month and my son ended up with nothing and they got a free brake line off of him. BAD SERVICE. I would give 0 stars if it let me.

This is the best auto shop I've ever worked with. In every interaction I've had with them (Mike especially!), they've been responsive, generous, and honest. Plus, they do great work. You couldn't ask for anything more. They've got a life-long customer in me, that's for sure!
