I recently relocated to RI from NJ and purchased a used vehicle from a resident. Th vehicle had set for a number of years and subsequently would not start. My friend in West Warwick who has had her vehicle worked on by Priority over the years and has been extremely satisfied with the service suggested I have them look into the issue, so I did. To my surprise, not only did they diagnose the obvious a bad battery, but a slew of other moderate to minor required repairs. The owner Alan and mechanic (Bryce) were beyond accommodating, the cost to get the vehicle back on the road again was far less than I ever imagined. In just a matter of 2 days most of the recommended were made and I was able to drive the vehicle off the lot! The entire experience has been no less than complete satisfaction. Now, if and when I'm asked by someone who i'd recommend car service from hands down "Prioity Auto towing and repairs". Thank you so very much for job well done guys! ?

I'm going to try to keep this short and sweet I had worked on twice at this place did amazing work the third time I purchased my alternator for $300 at advanced Auto cuz I had somebody that was going to do the work and they backed out so I brought my car to priority auto with the part Alan the owner said he would make a deal if I paid cash so I paid cash we filled out the paperwork said I would get a copy when the work was done when he signs off on it four days later I go to get my car he says oh you changed the alternator but now your battery is dead trying to get me to get a new battery I said no well I go to pick up my car my car makes it home and dies I called my friend that was going to do the work for me he couldn't because he was just too busy take a look underneath and I could and realize that my alternator had been spray painted this would be why he did not give me my core back I have went in numerous times and talk to Bryce saying that I need a copy of my receipt and he proceeds to tell me I have to wait for the owner I still have not been provided with a copy of this work that was done on my vehicle mind you they did not change the alternator they spray painted it and kept my part and I've been without a car for 2 weeks now so I will be filing a police report with the West Warwick Police department and I have just started the process with t better Business bureau do not take your car to them one thing fixed something else breaks the following week or how about they just fix things and add it to your bill and expect you to pay it that happened me the last time I brought my car for brakes gave them the benefit of the doubt and now I am without a car

Professional and courteous, very accommodating. Wish all mechanic shops were like this. Honest and hardworking never up charges or inflating prices.

A great shop and the only shop that was able to figure out what was wrong with my car. This was my 3rd shop ì went to. I won't mention the first 2 as I'm not here to smear. Just giving kudos and a big thank to the guys at Priority. I'll be seeing you guys the next time ì need cast repaiŕs.

Being a women in an auto shop can be intimidating; I have to hope I'm being told the truth and getting fixed what actually needs fixing. The owner always takes his time to explain exactly what needs to be done, the options I may have as far as pricing, what can wait ECT. I've always had my car back much quicker than anticipated and never felt taken advantage of as far as pricing
I happened to stumble upon a great shop with knowledgeable and kind employees. I wouldn't bring my business anywhere else.

If I were you I would stay far away from this so called business. What a joke. Alan took $835.00 from my bank account...unauthorized. I had to press charges to get my money back and it took two weeks. He also left screws loose under my car and the drive shaft fell off. He lost my business and everyone else I know as well. Alan go hide in the bathroom after you rob another customer. That's why your never in the office...your hiding. I am Not surprised at the liesr in your response.yo this review....what other choice do you have... The truth?

Been working with Allan and Bryce forever since moving to Coventry in 2015, many times it would take forever to resolve any issues...car for days, no call...should of known better...but a little info, he had my car at least 10/12 times, I pay with cash, 99 percent of time ok price, no receipt...but after a year and a half car still does same thing...now another car he fixed $1100 to inspect and battery etc...so car wouldn't start twice, last time had it sold, plates on, sent his 16 yo over in company truck, he pulled a couple fuses said get this...never came back 3 weeks ago! Now car sits in road..Allan called that next night apologizing, can't believe Bryce sent his 16 to.. anyways Allan said so, so sorry I'm coming myself tonight! I said really, he said Donna you have my word! Give me your number I'll put in personal cell.....never heard from him or saw him again...how can anyone treat a senior or a person like this...so had it with him...he had my bf truck a year next month, used it, when we call says not ready...I have lots of pics, the even put a towbar on it to move stuff... needless to say put a complaint out to BBB... terrible business...also know as Narragansett auto on one slip we have. Stay away, should of listened to others!

They were able to give me cheaper quotes than the other shops I took my car too and took the time to explained everything in detail. Extremely professional with exceptional communication skills. Real standup guys. Overall pleasant experience. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have been taking cars there for alternators, breaks and underneath the car. My father is also a mechanic. He seems to have to fix the problems all the time. They spray paint parts to look new meanwhile the alternator we took out was rusted and not new at all. (Which should have been) breaks are glued we had to re do that too, the car wasn’t stopping. Underneath a car of ours was zip tied because they lost the cars parts. Who knows what these people do to the cars when you aren’t looking. I don’t trust this place as they ruined my car as well. Untrustworthy and don’t waste your money or time coming to this trash hole.

Owner and mechanics are very helpful. The cost is reasonable. They are hard working and stand behind their repairs. Treat me with respect even though I know little about cars. Never feel taken advantage of by prices. Great place for our nicely used car.

Alan was amazing! My car needed a new radiator and they had it fixed in a day! They were very reasonably priced, and they definitely went above and beyond for me! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic with great prices!!!!
