unfortunately I did not have my receipt went to three of their own stores in person ending up. in EastGreenwich and North kingstown on Post Road Road! They would not be warranty on a two year old Optima battery!

I needed hydraulic hoses made for my boat.... They were open on Saturday so I ran down. They made the hoses while I waited and did an awesome job. I have several more to do and will be back during the week. The guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful.

For an automotive parts store that's already operating on bankers hours by closing at 5:30pm on weekday's. The least you can do is actually stay open to 5:30pm for your customers.I just needed to grab 1 simple item & wouldn't have even needed anyone's assistance other than to cashing me out. But that wasn't possible for me on the evening of 9/29/22, because whomever was standing at the front door watching me pull in at 5:20pm decided it would be easier to just lock the door and go and hide in the back... I surely won't be surprised to see the doors closing eventually permanently on this place.

My car needed a part I call and ask for a price and to see if it's in stock and he acts like I'm joking around and says nothings guaranteed in life. Like just give me the part I asked for for my car and if it don't fit or work because you got me the wrong part you're gonna take it back. Also swears up and down when inside store and they have no respect for customers.

Bought bike battery. They had it in stock and was a good price. They don't take the old batteries though.

Great inventory as for any project needed done last minute they'd definitely be the go to store for sure... Although the pricing is outrageous opposed to other Auto Part Store options. RAPS is the closest Auto Parts Store to anyone in the surrounding areas as well which is a great selling point for customers. This by far has quality and quantity so if it's ok spending the extra money then this is the right Auto Parts Store for you!!
