I was in desperate need for a new phone as the storage on mine was awful. I went to the West Warwick Metro by T-Mobile because I didn't have the greatest experience at one closer to me. I saw online that this store had great reviews. Christie, the store manager, could not have been any more professional, honest and most importantly kind and funny. She helped me find an upgrade to my phone and was extremely patient in transferring what she could from my old phone to my new phone. Also, while I was there another customer had come in who had recently bought a phone and had been back a few times to ask Christie questions about her phone and Christie was so thorough and patient with her as well! I will 100% recommend Metro by T-Mobile and this store!

Angie was so kind and helpful. She's very knowledgeable and helped me with my new phone and continuing to stay on the same plan I've had for years, no questions asked. She not only helped me, but also quite a few people that came in when I was there. Thank you, Angie!!!!

Manager Kristy spent two days trying to get my phone switched from Tmobile. She worked so hard finally it's all set with all my information and works perfectly. Tha k you so mucb!!!

Girl working there was extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. She wouldn’t allow my friend to explain why he was there and what was going on. She even threatened to have her boyfriend come after him.Extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Will never go to this location again.

I was nervous to get a new phone. The staff made it so easy to get into a new phone and transfer all my stuff. Even gave me a tour of the new phone so I could leave and know what I'm doing.
