Employee at the Front counter was nice and willing to help my situation, but unfortunately wasn't able to. I'd still go back if a time came and needed to though.

All these people giving them 5 star ratings don't even realize that this place literally charges you double what the parts you get done are worth I went and got the parts from dealership myself and they came to 230 dollars they tried charging me over 400 for the same parts from the same exact place then turned down my truck because they couldn't make all that money off of me the place is a scam literally they even told the dealership not to sell me the parts and told them not to tell me as well they were kind enough to tell me anyways and even said how they thought that was messed up mechanics are very hard to trust and I can assure you this is one of those places that will try to sell you stuff that your vehicle doesn't even need I hope people can see this and know that even if you're a long time customer they have been screwing you over every single time if you want a trustworthy mechanic this place is not it I promise you

Always up front when explaining what is wrong and what needs to be done to correct the problem. Do I like it when my repairs are costly? No but I do respect that I’m always told the truth and expected cost up front. If you need any type of auto /truck repair this is the place.

Had a flat tire on the highway. They called all the nearby places to find a replacement but there were none. They worked hard to find a good solution and provided outstanding service. Clearly they have a lot of integrity. Hopefully I won't need them again as I don't live nearby but I would HIGHLY recommend this team for car service.

The staff has always been courteous, helpful, honest, respectful and supportive.
Their style is a throwback to how people used to treat each other.
Of course, prices for EVERYTHING have become almost prohibitive but Jennings’ willingness and attempts to “ease the pain”
offers the most bang for your buck.

Took about an hour to change a single tire - and I was the only one in the place.Seems they did not fit it correctly to the rim because the tire leaks air, requires a refill every week, maybe less.Overpriced as well.

Nice people, but greatly overcharge (based on my one experience). Went somewhere else and got the same issue fixed for less than half the price.
