Full Disclosure: I am a patron and now a volunteer at The Arctic Playhouse because of the reasons noted below…I first came to learn about The Arctic Playhouse, when someone dear to me was performing. After the show, I stood in the lobby with all the other patrons in awe. Not only was the performance of high caliber, which is evident in all their shows, but there was a special type of ambiance/aura that made me, as a patron, feel inspired. Almost as if, I was part of the performance. In most of their shows, the actors even come out to greet the patrons following the performance. Because of this, it is more than just going to the theater for a show, it is a celebration of how great theater builds community.Their theater holds about 100 seats, and those seats are so comfortable with thick cushiony padding with every seat having a good view. An added bonus is that even though the theater tickets are reasonably priced @ $20, they still give their patrons complimentary oven-baked cookies, popcorn, and coffee. And.., they have a full bar with specialty drinks complimenting the show themes. 5 stars from me!

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful theater and beautiful people! Everyone was so welcoming and professional. Tonight was our first time at this theater, and my father and I both said we cannot wait to come again. We will try to get tickets to every show we can - and I can't wait to bring my friends, too!Every actor did an amazing job tonight. I was blown away by the talent. And the stage and set were top-notch. I felt like I was in the performance. Bravo. Thanks for a fantastic night.

Every so often you happen into a theater that is filled with love and is truly dedicated to creating beautiful theater. The Arctic Playhouse is one of those special places. We brought our show, BEING SOMEBODY, from New York to The Arctic Theater as a special event and the experience was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The founders, artistic director, and staff/volunteers were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to help make our experience an extraordinary one. Their theater and lobby were spacious, clean, and beautiful, the lighting and sound were great, and a wonderful time was had by all. They even made fresh chocolate chip cookies and popcorn for the audience as well as offering a reception area and full bar for our special audience. I highly recommend The Arctic Playhouse and am thankful for our magical week in Rhode Island.

Great hometown playhouse, the Borthers Grimm was great, not a bad performance from any cast member. Anthony Cox was exceptional today, a real funny guy.

I've been attending the music venues and each one has been a pleasurable night out. The Christmas show was especially enjoyable with Jim Rice and Ida's banter..

Awesome community theatre and cabaret with a caring and friendly staff! Great bar with specialty drinks cleverly named after each production. It's a real gem in West Warwick. Highly recommended if you are looking for a fun and reasonably-priced night out!
