I don't know why I come to this place to be honest last time I had my taxes done there was a whole situation that was uncalled for. I came back this year because I don't really know where else to go and I don't know if the workers are burnt out, they don't care or they simply forget. My tax return has been there for almost 2 weeks and I need it done by Tomorrow. I come to give my driver's license like they needed, but no one answers the phone and when you go there in person you don't get what is expected.

Rob at H&R block has been doing our taxes for several years now. He has given us advise during this time to help us with our deductions and the amount of taxes to have withheldI am very pleased with our tax preparation, and we'll worth the money.

If you're going to go to h&R block to do your taxes go to the West Warwick office and ask for Kenneth. He is extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, fast and articulate! He went well out of his way to help me.

Louis was the man who filed my taxes. My first time and he was very professional towards me. Very patient and understanding as well. Gave me great advice on what i should do for next time i file them again. Great Man god bless him!

The client intake process is an absolute abortion. I had a meeting with my accountant on a Friday ; they called 20 minutes before the meeting to reschedule to Saturday. Okay fine. Saturday rolls around, Accountant is a no-show for the video call. Call the office "Oh he's sick" - which, hey, fine i get it, but maybe call the client and reschedule... like we did on Friday? Reschedule for the following Wednesday after explaining my issue to another accountant and was told "you should continue working with the person you were working with". Wednesday Rolls around: no show again. I call the office "He's out sick".
I'm now going to be out several thousand dollars so i avoid delinquency on a tax issue which all but assures i will never get that money back because H&R Block can't figure out how to notify clients when their contractors are out of the office.

I will never use H&R Block again. The West Warwick, RI office has single handedly destroyed any confidence I would have had in these "tax professionals". My taxes were not filed on time, and according to the State of RI they weren't filed AT ALL. I am beyond livid. Stay away from H&R Block if you want your taxes done right or at all, for that matter.

Absolutely unprofessional. Waisted my time after telling me my taxes would get done in a day or 2 after I dropped it off. 2 weeks later they still never started it. Went to TurboTax instead. TurboTax was very easy and I saved a lot of money
