Tommy Tran (owner) and his team of professionals did an excellent job repairing my 2018 Lexus RX 350.
My car is looking and feeling brand new again!
Fast service, extremely accommodating, convenient and true to their word of "dedicated to service." They worked with me and my busy schedule, coordinated a time that worked best for me and did everything in their power to assure I was satisfied.

Great place been going there for sometime now but the Manager sunny is gonna lose these guys a lot of business with his attitude and a lack of patients I show up today tells me to come by by 1pm I show up about 25 minutes early he gets upset and says didn’t I say 1 o’clock I said OK I’ll come back mind you The rental car he’s supposed to put me into is outside ready for pick up so he’s upset I show up a few minutes early. Talks to people on the phone rude just a miserable person overall. All the other guys including Tommy the owner are great people Done great work all the time as I’ve been there my advice to you if you’re going to bring your vehicle there do not do any type of business with Sunny talk to someone else besides him

My insurance company gave me a bogus estimate. Hi Tech provided me a rental car, and they dealt with the insurance adjuster. When I picked my car up they had even detailed the entire inside of my car. My car hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the car lot 4 years ago. Great service, providing the rental car without having to go through a car rental agency was a plus.

My BMW got in a car accident it was horrible! I was so upset a friend of mine’s recommended high-tech auto. I was a little hesitant because they were all the way in Rhode Island and I live in Dorchester, but he guarantee me that they would do an amazing job so said so done my car looks like it just came off the BMW lot, !!it looked better than when I paid $500 to have it detailed last year at BMW not only that the service was amazing. They came and brought me another SUV wow my car was in the shop. to accommodate my needs. I was so happy but I was amazed when they finished my car would recommend all my friends and family to go to them and have them fix your car detail your car whatever your car need. Hi Tech Auto Body is the best in the business in Rhode Island! Tommy and his team are very thorough and they handle everything. This is the place to go if you have a modified car like I do (especially when you do all the work yourself and you know your car inside out); they will take care of you!I was in a car accident and they will give you a rental and take care of the rest.
